It was a bit more fried then I am used to eating, but it was tasty nevertheless. It was not too sweet nor pounded with too much sugar in the frosting. It had the right amount for me at least. The woman helping customers was genuinely one of the kindest people I've met in a long time. She radiated joy, warmth, and kindness. I had the jalapeño cheese pastry, and it was outstanding. Even cold, it was flaky on the outside, soft on the inside, with just the right amount of spice.
