Tasty crepes and friendly service. Definitely a good lunch that's different from the usual chicken or burgers or sandwiches. Ery good value and plenty of seating too. Great for a nice lunchtime snack.

Gluten-free free options!

The woman working here was very nice. The food was average but gluten-free the nasty part was the amount of homeless staking out the food and's and harassing once you call once you've ordered food not sure I'll go downstairs again

Food was good. Ordered waffles with strawberries and a turkey sausage, egg and cheese crepe. The staff was very nice and hospitable.

Crepe Lena at Union Station in DC is a great place to go for delicious and well made crepes and much more. I really like the location and everything that you can order from here. The staff here is very efficient and provides excellent customer service.

These two and rude, doesn't know costumer service!

An Elegant Breakfast Spot with Wonderful Staff (Just Mind the Checkout)…read moreThe Atmosphere & First Impressions High-End Finishes: The restaurant is beautifully designed with high-end finishes, creating a very upscale environment. Impeccably Clean: Upon arriving, we immediately noticed how clean and well-maintained the entire space was. Warm Welcome: The hostess was incredibly kind and set a great tone for our breakfast. The Food & Service Fantastic Menu: The menu offers a wonderful assortment of options. We were originally drawn in because we were excited to try their homemade Pop-Tart! Accommodating & Kind: Our waiter was a very nice gentleman. The kitchen was more than happy to make small adjustments to our orders for dietary needs, which we deeply appreciated. Kudos to the Staff: The waitstaff does a phenomenal job, especially considering the clientele. This area tends to attract a lot of pompous professionals, and we witnessed customers being incredibly rude to the staff on two back-to-back visits. A Note on the Crowd: For example, we were in on a Thursday afternoon and watched a large group of business professionals completely ignore their server. They wouldn't even acknowledge them or say thank you. It felt like olden times, where the staff were treated like servants to a king or queen and were just expected to take abuse. It was really bad. A Quick Note on the Checkout Process Rushed Payment: The payment process felt a bit rushed. The server hands you a small payment machine and quickly pushes you to complete the transaction right then and there. Keep an Eye Out: We aren't the type of people to scrutinize a bill closely--if it's right around the expected amount, we don't worry about it. However, the lady at the table right before us was loudly complaining about a service fee on her bill, and she ended up not leaving a tip at all because of it. Combined with how fast they push the payment machine on you, it might be worth taking a quick second to look over your total if you are the type of person who likes to verify the fine print. Come on people, do better! Overall Impression It is an expensive spot, but the food quality, cleanliness, and excellent service from the waitstaff make it worth a visit. The staff handles a tough crowd beautifully!

It's nice that they have a pick up window to make it easier for online orders because even around two an hour before they close there was still a line out the door. It was moving pretty fast, so not as big of a deal. There's a decent amount of indoor seating, and I felt like the turnover of tables was pretty high with open seating, so not too hard to find a seat. I ordered the BBQ lamb shoulder pita which is also apparently rated one of the seven best sandwiches in North America. I can understand it. It was actually really good. A lot of good flavors. I felt like it was going to be not filling in the beginning, but was actually quite filling and had good meat depth in the pita. They pitas are made in house, so small imperfections make it more original. It is a little bit saucy so definitely grab some napkins, but it's a ton of flavor and definitely makes sense why it's one of their signatures. I've had their chicken pita in the past and that was also really good. Definitely a must stop if you're in the union market area. You can also order online if the line is

The decor was right up my alley: gorgeous details, stunning florals, absolutely beautiful. The croissant especially was so soft and fluffy, thoroughly enjoyed that. I ordered an iced latte and asked for it to be sweetened, but it came out pretty punchy... I don't think the sweetener made it in! If you're into a strong, bold latte you'll love it, but if you like yours on the sweeter side, just make sure to double check with your server. We stumbled upon this new restaurant on the H Street corridor 8th street--a neighborhood that can feel a bit rough around the edges--but what we found inside was nothing short of a true gem. The moment we stepped in, we were stunned by how beautifully designed the space is. The décor feels warm, elegant, and thoughtfully curated, offering a calm retreat from the busy street outside. But the real magic arrives on the plate. Every dish we tried showcased fresh, high-quality ingredients, layered flavors, and a clear respect for the rich culinary heritage of the Ottoman and Istanbul royal family traditions. You can taste the care and legacy behind every recipe. This is not just another brunch spot--it's a place where history, culture, and freshness come together in a way that feels both authentic and elevated. For appetizers, I ordered the butter glazed biscuits, and they were AMAZING. They came with a dipping sauce that reminded me of peach cobbler, but without being overwhelmingly sweet, which I loved. The brown butter on the side was the perfect touch. I also tried the honey Old Bay wings and wow... they were sweet, juicy, crispy, and had just the right hint of spice from the Old Bay seasoning. The honey drizzle on top took them to another level, and the creamy green dipping sauce paired perfectly with the wings in my opinion. I also had the maple Caesar salad. It honestly wasn't my favorite item compared to everything else, but it was still good and fresh. I'm glad I gave it a try and got my vegetables in lol. I probably just wouldn't order it again next time because the other dishes stood out more to me. For my entrée, I ordered the MH Signature Ribeye Steak with baby potatoes, and it was seasoned to perfection. I personally like my steak well done, and they cooked it exactly how I wanted it. The sauce served with the potatoes was also so flavorful and complemented the meal perfectly. The service was top tier from start to finish. Everyone was attentive, welcoming, and made sure I was comfortable the entire time. Overall, I would absolutely give this place a 10/10 and will definitely be returning to try more items on the menu.
