Love this chiropractic office. They are extremely flexible with appointments and will also work with you and your schedule. Everyone in the office is so sweet, and the decor is so pretty and relaxing. It reminds me of west elm. Dr. Magzanyan along with her associate spent a lot of time and effort in making the place so inviting and pretty. Her associate Irma is so sweet! Irma is always accommodating with schedules and dealing with insurance. I initially came in because I was in a car accident and got some bad whiplash. She always has a smile on her face and is so sweet!. The massage therapist is really sweet! She will work on which area you would like to work on. They have a full on table for you to get undress to your comfort level. The room is extremely inviting and calming. She works on all your knots and is extremely patient. Dr. Magzanyan is really good at adjustments and sweet! She has patience with me and my tightness which is kind of hard to adjust at time since I am not able to relax as much. She is sweet and will work with you to not just adjust your back but also give you life advice like what pillow you should use and how to stand up taller. There is also another guy that works here in the office and he is also really nice! I think he's a therapist. Overall, I don't think I will ever go to another place, since the team here is amazing and solves all of my issues. I can't wait to go back for my next session. read more

I started coming here July 2016 because I was involved in an accident and I was rear ended. I was referred by one of my good friends to Dr Gayane and honestly I am soooo glad I've met her! At first I didn't know what to expect, all I knew was that right after my accident I back hurt and I couldn't sit down for too long. There was times where I had to take pain pills and walk around because my back hurt so bad. So let me walk you thru what to expect, first sign in with Irma (super sweet and soft spoken lady) and then usually get on this type of back massager for a few minutes. Immediately right after I go get a 10-15 min massage with there on site masseuse. Swear those 10-15 minutes make a big difference. I forgot his name but he's really nice and there have been times I've knocked out. Lastly I then go see Dr Gayane for the adjustment. She's really sweet and very professional. I'm glad to have been introduced to her and I trust her completely. After a few months of going 2x a week I feel like a new person. The first time ever to a chiropractor, I injured my back and twisted my spine, and after seeing the doctor I wanted to go to a chiropractor to have a double-check and adjustment. I bought a Groupon deal - 3 sessions for $90 - because I wanted to try out chiropractic therapy. I never went to a chiropractor before, but my bf relies on his chiropractor near his work. I put it off for so long because it seems as though my bf never gets better, and he has been seeing his chiropractor once to twice a week for years now. This naturally got me wondering if chiropractic therapy actually helps. But I finally decided to give in because I was having chronic neck and shoulder tension pains, and home remedies just didn't work (probably because I didn't know what I was doing...). I was pleasantly surprised with Dr. Gayane. She is sweet and soft-spoken :) On my first visit, she detected my mild curvature in my spine that I knew I had since college, and gave me an adjustment. On my second visit, I received a massage prior to my adjustment - it was amazing! My muscles were relaxed and ready for the cracking! Dr. Gayane also introduced some exercises with a long, stretchy band to strengthen my neck and back muscles. I really did like that she provided information for self-care at home so that I can help myself get better and not fully rely just on chiro sessions. This stood out to me because my bf's chiropractor doesn't offer that kind of attention; in fact, I was informed that it's like a conveyor belt at his; patients lie down on rows of beds and his chiro adjusts them one by one. At Crescent, you're in a room with Dr. Gayane and she will consult with you along with an adjustment. At the moment, they also have flexible hours. Definitely take advantage of that! read more
