The first time I called, my call was answered by a kind lady named Valentina. She was extremely courteous and helpful. It took less than a minute for her to transfer me to the showroom. Once I was connected, a guy named Richard answered, and oh boy, he really knew his stuff! After speaking with him for a few minutes, I got so excited that I decided to visit the showroom and see what they were talking about. Wow! They have almost every type of sauna you can imagine. I purchased a two-person traditional sauna. I kind of regret not getting a bigger one, but I might get another one for my guest house because it is so worth it! The price was great, and they also offer financing, which I plan to use for a beautiful hot tub I saw in the back. That puppy was calling my name and winking at me!
