I have never used this gentleman, however I tried to make contact with him over two different issues I had at my residence over a eight month period. Not one time did he or anybody involved with this company did they reach back out to me. I even got automated email's stating that they would get back to me shortly in regards to my issue. Now, I am sure that he does good work, and like most other companies probably overwhelmed with work at this time. But to not even have the courtesy to call back or text back either time is a sign of somebody that does not deserve to have yours or my loyalty. Ed is absolutely AMAZING! We were without water because the shower was leaking and we removed the valves. I live an a 1920's home and the valves we needed were not sold or made any longer. I needed to replace all of the plumbing for the shower. We called Ed, he came super quick to look at the issue. Within and hour or so he was back with all new fixtures for the bathroom. He replaced everything within two hours. I was so surprised at his prices. They were so reasonable. I feel very lucky to have found his number. Ed is the best.... I looked on yelp for advice on selecting a plumber to fix a water leak in my basement. We had to turn off the water supply on Sunday night and on Monday, I called several plumbers who could not see me as Mondays catch the sunday problems... I called Crescent Valley Plumbing to see if they could come out that day.... Presidents day, a holiday. Ed told me he was booked up but would come out later at night after he was done with his job in Lakewood. Around 5 pm, Ed came over.... and tried to help me. He couldn't as the leak was outside the basement stem wall and required major excavation to get to the pipe on the outside of the the house. Ed tried to find an excavator that night for me and although he came out in the night, after hours, and way out of his way, but because he could not fix it that night, he said no charge....WHAT???? who does that???? We had to replace the thermostat on our hot water heater and were fortunate enough to get Ed from Crescent Valley Plumbing. After replacing the thermostat he was kind enough to check out our well house and change the filter on our pump (although he's not a pump guy; I know that because he told me). Upon awakening the following morning (Saturday) we discovered our water flow had evaporated. In a panic, I called Ed and he was nice enough to come out and take another look at the well. Long story short, it was the filter obstructing the flow of water. So, if you're looking for a plumber who will go above and beyond to help out his customers, even when its not his area of expertise, then Ed's your guy. Ed was kind enough to rearrange his schedule at the last minute to come by our house last week. We were positive we heard water behind the bathroom wall and couldn't locate the source. We didn't think it wise to wait so we called Crescent Valley Plumbing. Ed found the problem. Turns out it was a continuously leaking garden nozzle by the garage. Fortunately, there was no leak inside the house. Ed replaced the nozzle/pipe and now everything works beautifully. He also answered some of my water heater questions as well.
