I had the VERY unfortunate experience of learning about Crespo's Electronics because of my Sony Extended Warranty for my 46-inch television. They are truly the WORST and most UNPROFESSIONAL television repair service in Southern California! They didn't listen to me the customer regarding what the problem was with my television. They told me the repair would take 1-week (it actually took 2-weeks with no television in my home). When they returned my television there was zero improvement! I would recommend hiring a Day-Worker from your local Home Depot Parking Lot over having this business (if that's what you want to call it) touch your electronics! Simply put THE WORST!!! read more

Terrible company, total crooks. AVOID at all costs! Ended up doing more damage to my TV and tried charging me for it!! The TV worked but some of the inputs didn't. They ended up taking out the part that handles the inputs and telling me it will cost practically as much as I paid for the TV to replace it. I would rate this company zero. I was referred by direct tv to them. I returned their call and left a message. They never called back so I called them the next day. OMG the receptionist was so rude. I told her that I got their message and could not schedule Friday since I had an appointment for 2!weeks. She went off on me and told me I had to call direct tv again and start all over. I reported them to direct tv and also had direct tv schedule someone all the way from the west side to come on Monday. I also went to social media . Left a message for the owner and he said he called and it went to VM but he left no message so I called him back and spoke with Tony Crespo. He was not all that pleasant either so I can see the dynamics. DO NOT USE THESE PEOPLE IF THEY HAVE ATTITUDES JUST MAKING APPOINTMENTS. I can only imagine they coming into your home with an attitude. Very unprofessional. They lack knowing how to talk to customers professionally. If anyone comes here make sure they write down the right information in what you bring in! They have made business with them very unpleasant and telling us we are wrong when they tried giving back a different tv. I know what I brought in so how are they going to tell me I'm wrong? I am so pleased with this company. I have a 60" Samsung TV that they fixed. They had to pick it up and once diagnosed, ordered the parts to replace it. Unfortunately, the wrong parts were sent to them so it took a good 10 days before I got my TV back but it was worth it. Wendy will get your information over the phone and is very polite and kind. Carlos picked my TV up and returned it and gave excellent service. He both called and text me several times and was very helpful. I would fully recommend this company. read more

These guys were so good and so nice. I brought my tv in to be repaired and the guy in front was such a nice person and so friendly. He explained it could take 5 to 7 business days for the repair which was fine with me. They had it fixed and ready to go the next day. I too have a Samsung TV and so I think the problem with the TVs is not the business who is trying to repair them, but the company that knows there's a problem with their capacitor but are doing absolutely nothing to fix it. Never Ever take your tv of any type to Crespo. I had a problem with my 4k 40 inch Samsung tv. There was a horizontal line across the tv. Samsung recommended me to Crespo, took it there, one week later the tv is back to normal, the next week half of the display is black. Luckily i was still under warranty. Don't spend your money at the place. Avoid that place at all cost. read more

The home visit by Tony, to try to resurrect our 49" Sony TV, was amazingly successful. After a scheduled power outage by Edison, our TV had no power, although our cable box/DVR and our receiver were fine. We had tried everything we could to bring the TV back to life, but with no luck. After calling the Geek Squad at Best Buy, we found we were still under the extended warranty. They use third party companies to troubleshoot large TV's to come to the customer's home in the hopes of making a simple repair, prior to having to utilizing the warranty that would pay for a new TV. Fortunately, Tony was able to reset our TV, in a way that was by no means intuitive. This allowed us to our instantly watch TV, without having to wait weeks for the warranty process to play out. Tony was cheerful and pleasant, called us ahead to let us know he was coming, and arrived on time (even early!) I would recommend Crespo's for any audio or video issues you might have. read more

Samsung's Authorized Service Center placed a call to confirm your repair on: Customer Call Attempt 1 : 03/11/2017 17:13 (EST) Customer Call Attempt 2 : 03/12/2017 17:13 (EST) Customer Call Attempt 3 : 03/13/2017 17:13 (EST) They never called the number that was provided. Who calls anyone three days in a row at the same exact hour and minute? Don't they know that all calls are recorded. this is shady at best. Notice the dates are in early March and it is March 27th and still no repair. I do not recommend this company. read more

They need to learn how to run a business. The customer service is horrible. I made an appointment with them to pick my TV up on Nov 1st, when they didn't show up at the scheduled time...I called. they told m that they moved my appointment the follow day...without letting me know!! They fist told me it will be 7-10 business days to fix my TV. What they should have said is it will take 7-10 business days to receive parts. When I would call to check the status of my TV they kept saying "we hopefully will receive the parts by..." I got tired of that and started call Sanyo myself. I received more information from Sanyo, and they didn't have my TV Crespo's did. Well now it's Dec 3rd, I received my TV today, with scratches all over the panel and on the outside panel. They tell me they are going to resolve it...the only way they can do that is if they buy me a new TV. Oh and one last thing the guy that dropped it off rubbed so hard on the panel it left bigger marks then the scratch....Your in the TV business you should know not to do that!!! read more

My Samsung TV will not stay powered on, I called to get tech support to find out the manufacturers warranty is only good for 1yr. w/an issue that is highly reported!!! Crespo's repaired my 3 year old 60" Hitachi HDTV back in November of 2010. One of the circuit boards needed to be replaced. However the TV was no longer under warranty, but Crespo's quoted me the lowest price and did the work quickly. Fast forward to February 2011, 3 months later. The TV broke again. Crespo's repaired it free of charge, since it was found that the circuit board they replaced back in November was defective. Very honest and reputable. Highly recommended! read more

This facility failed to provide in-home repair (as stated), then after requiring that unit be taken back to the shop for repair I was told repeatedly that it would be "a couple of days," then "another couple of days" and so on. When the repair was FINALLY completed, the tech returned the unit but refused to power it up to verify repair, refused to wait while the unit was powered up, and (here's the really scary part) refused to give me his name. SCAM, SCAM, SCAM! With so many talented repair shops in town, don't take the risk of dealing with this unbelievably unprofessional shop. Even the glowing 5-star review (Aaron S., 2/12/11) said that his TV broke down AGAIN after only 3 months for a "defective" board. I've dealt with many repair shops and this ranks as the most untrustworthy and shoddy by far. I'm still stunned by how bad their service, follow-through, and customer service were.
