6/5/26 Additional Review: We dropped our Escalade off at the end of March for an issue with the adaptive cruise control. They initially had issues getting in touch with our warranty company but we were able to get that resolved and the new part was ordered around mid-April. Fast forward to now and they STILL have our vehicle and now claim that when the tech brought it in to work on the adaptive cruise that a camera failed and the car was having issues with the anti-theft that would require additional parts. As of two weeks ago, they supposedly had those additional parts and just needed to wait for a bay to free up to get it in. It also now needs and inspection and I asked them to check out our front tires since they have a slow leak. As of today, the car remains untouched after over two months of sitting and I am now told that the tech assigned to our car is working on removing an engine from another vehicle and they were unable to give any sort of ETA for when we can expect our car to be ready. At this point our vehicle is effectively being held hostage with parts in hand and no resolution in sight. We have spent nearly $2k on rental fees at this point since they outright refuse to provide any sort of loaner (wonderful "Cadillac" experience by the way). It is to the point that my wife and I are looking to purchase a new vehicle this weekend as we can't keep going forward without a car and paying the high fees for a rental. Crest quite literally could NOT care less when I explained the situation. I was met with silence and asked if I had anymore questions for them. I tried giving them a second chance given a poor experience the last time we took it to them for service, but this seems as if they are intentionally not working on the car out of spite from the past review. I can't wait to be done with Cadillac completely, abysmal service. read more

I purchased a new 2025 Escalade from Crest Cadillac on 3/1/25. The vehicle was purchased in cash after we provided all necessary trade-in information in advance, and we traveled from Lake Forest, Illinois to complete the transaction. At the time of delivery, we were informed that the vehicle displayed a "service leveling system" warning, but were told it was a minor issue that would be resolved with a software update. We were assured that this update could be performed by our local dealership in the next few days. Based on this representation, we took delivery of the vehicle. Upon presenting the Escalade to our local Cadillac dealership, we were informed that the issue was not minor. Instead, we were told the car required a replacement module for the central computer system of the vehicle and that multiple features, including the air conditioning, were not functioning properly. This could also become a safety issue if in an accident and airbags may not deploy. It has now been over 3 months, and the vehicle remains unrepaired, with no firm timeline for when the module will be delivered or installed. I have since accepted a loaner car, but this does not adequately compensate for the inconvenience or the high-end vehicle I paid for in full. Since we do not have any time frame as to when the module will arrive, I have asked Crest Cadillac to trade our car in on another coming in. They said unfortunately our car is now considered used, so it would be less in value. Crest should have had their technician look over the car prior to us picking up. They have washed their hands of any wrong doing, and have been no help on getting the module. I now have a Better Business Bureau case with General Motors in Detroit. The problem is still not resolved. This is our third Escalade and are treating us as if we do not matter. I would never recommend or do business with Crest Cadillac. read more

Simply Terrible experience with this dealership. They treated my wife anf I like dirt. In our opinion they were totally unprofessional and unethical from their GM to their Business Manager to the Salesperson. We brought our own approved financing check with us for over 20K along with our super clean low mile CT4. We were attempting to purchase a used 2025 XT6. They treated us like scammers or criminals. They were completely unknowledgable about proper financing procedures with Navy Federal Credit Union. They insisted on collecting the payoff for our car even after Navy Federal explained to the Business Manager and later the General Manager that it was unnecessary to do so because the payoff had already been rolled into our new financing deal, Crest Cadillac still, didnt get it! Again after NF explained to Crest a third time the General Manager said he understood but now he and the Business Manager questioned both the NF Representative and us about when they were going to receive the title for our car? Again, Crest was explained by NF that as soon as they deposited the $20,000 check that would start the title release process. Crest agreed to end the call but now to our complete shock they then didnt want to release the car. This was after all parties had signed paperwork and endored the check to Crest! My wife and I decided to leave Crest after 4 hours and after the General Manager agreed to allow the Business Manager to removed our license plates from our newly purchased vehicle and return them back to our old car, they didnt want to release the car! After we returned home in complete shock we notified NF and they kindly provided us a Title Release Guaranty Letter. We emailed it to the GM and he never responded! However several days later the Salesperson contacted us and said they were now ready to release the car! We refused to return to pick it up and only agreed to allow them to drop it off in which they did. Several days later we were notified by NF that Crest had deposited the check without endorcing it. It was being returned for endorcement. Again, we emailed the GM and alerted him and again he never replied! A week later NF notified us that the check was finally processed correctly and honored! read more

Bought a used truck here from out of state and had the best experience I've ever had with a dealership...this was mostly thanks to Joe Kopietz as well as Brady Brown. I never felt like I was being snaked over once throughout the whole process. Joe really made me feel comfortable and gave me his cell number incase I needed anything throughout the process. The world could really use more salespeople like Joe. Towards the end of the transaction Brady was extremely helpful and patient as we had everything set up for a driver to transport the car. Even though there's a lot of hassle involved with buying out of state I legitimately would not mind doing business with these guys again for my next car...so long as Joe and Brady are still here. read more

**Please let me start off by stating that I do not own a Cadillac, but I do have a GM product.** I have used Crest's services for my vehicles since 2016 after not being able to schedule service within a reasonable time frame at a couple of the area's Chevy Dealership shops. After asking around for a good GM service shop, a friend raved about the continued level of service they receive for their GM vehicles (again, not Cadillac) from Crest's service shop. I took the advice and have been nothing but pleased with the availability and speed of service, the professionalism of Crest's service advisors and their customer amenities in the waiting area. Believe it or not I do look forward to bringing in my vehicles for service and the service price is what you would normally pay in a Chevy shop, but you are receiving Cadillac level service. read more

I would highly advise against using Crest Cadillac, out of Brookfield, WI for any service work. Between October of 2019 and June of 2022 I took my car in for the same repair five times (under warranty) and they were unable to fix it. I then took it in again this past April 18th for the sixth time (now out of warranty) and they wanted to charge me for the same repair that they had been unable to fix the prior five times. Even worse, as the discussion continued their service manager tried to weasel out of their obligation by saying the problem was something different, when it was extremely obvious it was the same issue. I inherited a 2014 Chevy Cruze that was always dealer-serviced. It also had a special, generous, transferable warranty from GM that the Chevy dealer it was purchased from would NEVER explain to me. They acted like it didn't exist. That all changed when a friend recommended Crest Cadillac. Not only did they tell me everything I needed to know about that warranty when I went in for an oil change and tire rotation, but skipped the tire rotation (because it wasn't necessary). Although rotations aren't expensive, the other dealership would've done it anyway, whether needed of not. The whole service experience was top-notch. The service adviser was friendly, the waiting area clean and comfortable, and while killing time waiting, I walked the lot and spoke with some of the sales associates as well, who all came off as well-trained professionals. If you're not in the market for a different vehicle but are looking for excellent service from advisers and technicians who are the best at what they do, be sure to check out Crest. The car business is brutal and competitive, but the approach from everyone I interacted with Crest shows that upper management is dedicated to providing a great customer experience. I'm not in the market for a car but they have amazing inventory. The new vehicles are obviously awesome, but it's clear that they're very selective about their pre-owned inventory as well. I bought a 2015 Cadillac and when I decided to purchase the car, the original salesman (Uwelling) and sales manager (Juan) were useless and unhelpful. I figured because there was no commission in the deal. My plan is to write the owner to let him know he has a couple of unpleasant salesmen running his business. They obviously don't care about future business from past customers, but they don't have to worry about me because I'll never buy another car from Crest again and will not be using their service department in the future. I had reached out to buy a vehicle from this dealership that was a trade-in. I advised the sales person Daniel that I was going to put half in cash and finance the remaining. I advised Daniel that I would already have my finance company which was Bank of America and have letter at hand with approval when I came in. I needed to have the total amount. Daniel said that's fine. So I needed to know the exact amount since I'm traveling 3 hours from Illinois to Wisconsin. He sends me a picture of a paper that has a run down of the amounts that I'm being charge tax title plates and they added a Zurich shield protection 2499.00 with dealership fees 329.00. I asked why there is a protection plan and I didn't opt-in for that. He goes on to state that it was placed on vehicle and that will be removed. Daniel says that whatever the amount minus 2499.00 would be my total amount out the door. He goes on to mention if I have a approval letter thru my bank they would be able to match the APR% if not better (7.5%). That bought it to 31,050.69 to be exact. I traveled 3 hours on 03/31/2023 and got a completely different story once I got there. Daniel speaks with Brandon who is the in-house finance company they have stated that they don't accept Bank of America for one. Brandon has a print out already for in house financing at 9.9% told me that Daniel had did the taxes in the state of Wisconsin not Illinois. That pushed the amount up to 35,000. They were not willing to lower the vehicle amount nor waiver the dealership fee nor the sale on the last day of the month. Brandon was pushy and rude to be frank really disrespectful in talking down to me and my husband. I didn't want the vehicle. I spoke with the sales manager before we left about the issues that I had. When the manager had brought to address it Daniel lied and said that I was going to pay amount in a credit card and will be coming in the dealership with a check at hand from my bank at this point. I purchased a CPO Cadillac. The Salesperson Kodie was nice and the vehicle was great. The Finance Manager was very friendly until I told him I did not want to buy an extended warranty. He tried to tell me that I did not know what I was doing and needed to buy the extended warranty. He even offered me a lower interest rate to change my mind. When I refused, He became very rude and callis towards me. He also was set on the bank for us to finance through. When I question the interest rate and asked what GM Financial was offering, he shut me down and refused to discuss it further. I live out of state and just wanted to get out of there. He told me that it would only take a few days for the taxes and fees to be paid to my state's county. (they penalize you after 7 days). What is it with Cadillac dealerships? They're not unique in insisting upon riding along on test drives, but if they're going to do this, they should at least be prepared. We were dealing with a woman whose name I've forgotten. She definitely knew her product and was extremely helpful in explaining how everything worked. But both times we drove the car - my husband first and me on a later visit, she seemed unprepared for a test drive that lasted longer than 10 minutes. On his visit, she actually asked him where he was going. On mine, she dictated where I should go. I think she was trying to be helpful, but I just felt like a chauffuer (ugh, pardon that spelling). Perhaps they're used to 70 year old customers who don't take it over 30. Once when I gave it a bit too much gas on take off, her comment was "it can take it." I heard that several times and I wasn't even properly putting the car through its paces. I got the feeling that she was telling HERSELF that. I know I wasn't driving a sports car, but her attitude kept me from really testing the car. Who wants commentary on every turn? Again, she really did a good job of pointing out features and so on, but I'd much rather feel free to drive it as I would drive if I owned it. I just didn't feel comfortable doing that with her in the backseat whoo-ing if I cornered a bit too fast. And on top of that, after we'd gotten back from the test drive, and I got back in the car to test the stereo, she had to get back in again. Really? I swear I'm not going to pop it in drive and steal it. I just wanted to hear it cranked up, but I felt bad about blasting her ears and slightly apologetic about my musical choices. Bottom line here - I guess you just have to ignore them if they're going to ride along. If they're going to squeak over your driving, you're better off going elsewhere to really get a feel for the car. Absolute racist, gender biased and unprofessional dealership that lacks professionalism. Service was great during the sale and awful during subsequent visits! I dealt with it for years,out of love for my sales guy, but after a near fatal collision due to their negligence... NO MORE! *From Brady, GM to Greg, Svc. Manager, they don't respect women or Black people and have reckless disregard for our lives, time and money spent. *I paid over $3600 for repairs only to have my tire fly off my car 300 miles later while driving. I nearly hit a tree with my children in the vehicle trying to regain control due to their negligence, non-GM faulty parts and ratty repair. Brady asked where I lived and joked that maybe someone tried to steal the tires. Talk about profiling! *When notified it had been in a private garage since pickup with only a roundtrip to Chicago ( during which I never exited the vehicle) and some kid-based errands he still took no responsibility. Instead, Brady minimized the life threatening incident saying "its the same as if an iPhone breaks after 3 days... All the warranty can do is fix it"! No concession, no apology, no empathy, no professionalism. *Brady told me directly that sales were more important than service, while completing paperwork with a new customer in his office! (A female with two children, of course). I quickly reminded him that great service leads to retention and referrals, some metrics he and his sales team might respect more, he simply turned red. *He had me wait 30+ minutes after requesting that I come right away to address a poor service issue and repair concern and mocked me on video about the wait. *When I complained about the lack of empathy, service, and concessions and demanded that he meet me as HE HAD REQUESTED he had my credit card charges reversed and demanded that I only pay in cash. *When attempting to shred my signature to ensure no charges remained on my account, the male cashier assaulted me by grabbing my hand and despite seeing this Brady and his crew lied and covered it up. Brady told police they have no cameras in the cashier area and that without that it's just a woman's "he say-she say". We have purchased two vehicles there and spent thousands over the last 7 years and sent tons of referal business their way. I went to Crest Cadillac because there was a used ATS I was interested in. I had a later model Infiniti that I wanted to use as a trade in. I disclosed all the flaws and issues with the car along with pictures a few days before. When I arrived, I offered the keys for the Infiniti to my salesperson, Tom Piontkowski, so they could look it over. He declined, then we test drove the car and negotiated a price for the new car and the trade in. We were all set to fill out all the paperwork for the transaction, then Tom reneged on the amount for the trade in and gave me a low-ball offer, citing the issues on the Infiniti which I already disclosed to him days before. The USB port that sync's devices to the radio stopped working. The dealership said it was the cable that connects the port to the radio. Service writer Jim Moranski said the part was ordered but they could not track it or locate it anywhere in the United States. I find that hard to believe. Whenever I purchase anything I can track and know its location with a few clicks of a mouse or taps on my phone! Also the vehicle was in to service the gear shifter. There is a lot of play and a very sluggish/sloppy feel to the gear shifter. The dealership advised they could find nothing wrong with it and that it was normal. Jim also advised the "service manager" also looked at the shifter along with the tech and they could find nothing wrong with it. After getting my vehicle back after 8 days and no work performed or problems repaired. I took it to a local shop I use and trust. In a half hour the owner who is also the lead tech diagnosed the problem in the shifter to be a bad shifter cable between the shift lever and transmission. Basically telling me the dealership did absolutely nothing to diagnose the problem I was having or has completely incompetent technicians and service managers. Crest Cadillac in Brookfield Wisconsin is an absolute joke and I will definitely not be going back to them EVER! I purchased a 2015 Escalade from Crest Cadillac late in 2016. I immediately began having mechanical problems with the vehicle. On one of my first visits to their service department (after my then recent purchase) I was told by Aaron, a service writer, that they wouldn't be able to fix a problem because the vehicle had been in an accident. This was troubling because I had received a clean CarFax report with my purchase of this Certified Preowned SUV. I contacted Tom Renner, the used car manager, and met with him to try to determine what would be done about this. At one point, he offered to buy the vehicle back for $12,000 less than I had paid for it just a few months earlier. This was so offensive to me that I rejected the offer, although now I realize that I would have been much better off to take only a $12,000 loss. At the time it was difficult for me, knowing that my wife and I had worked hard to save for our dream car. Tom Renner later back peddled and denied that the vehicle had been in an accident. The next few months brought many service visits. Many would turn into multiple visits to repair the same issues previously addressed. Frustration finally drove me to visit a different dealer due to one of many problems that Crest claimed they couldn't duplicate. The other dealer promptly replaced the steering column, which resolved one of the issues. During this visit I was also told that the engine had been replaced prior to my purchase, which, he explained was the reason the front of the vehicle appeared to have been damaged by an accident (The front of the vehicle was removed to replace the engine). This was news to me, as these facts were never disclosed. I was also told that they had never seen a vehicle with the number of repairs that my vehicle had and he suggested that I take it back to Crest for service (in other words, it was Crest's mess). I went back to Crest determined to make the best out of a really stressful situation. While driving loaner vehicles, I realized that a lid to a rear compartment was never included in my purchase. This was a problem for me because items would fall into the compartment while driving (and then fall out of the hatch when it opened). I asked the dealer about this part and they told me I could purchase it if I wanted, but I would have to purchase the entire compartment (not just the lid) as the components couldn't be separated. I picked up and paid for the work only to find that the technician had just replaced the lid. (he later told me he was trying to save his boss some money). He then proceeded to take the vehicle back into the shop to install the rest of the parts. Another issue that I've been trying to get repaired since the second month of ownership is a safety feature of the vehicle. The park assist doesn't work after the vehicle gets wet and temperatures are below freezing. I made a special trip on a Saturday this past January while the problem was occurring. The service writer asked me to pull it into the service bay so that he could look at it. After walking around the spotless vehicle to verify that park assist sensors weren't blocked, he showed me how to turn off the park assist system stating that doing that would take care of the problem. I told him that it wasn't acceptable to turn off a safety feature and that I wanted it repaired instead. He set up an appointment to bring the vehicle back later in the week but temperatures were above freezing at that time and the system was functioning. The most recent visits were for seat heater problems. These too were issues addressed previously. I would pick up the vehicle, drive for a day and the heater would fail. After the third attempt to fix the seat heater and while the vehicle was locked at my residence, the alarm went off at 1 in the morning. It wasn't until the following morning that I realized that part of the seat had fallen off and set off the alarm. I took pictures to show that the technician had damaged the part while working on it and instead of replacing it, had used silicon to try to "glue" it. The dealer did order a new part to replace it, Following the most recent issues, many visits and replaced parts not mentioned here and after over 70 days without my car in the last 16 months I decided to seek help from Cadillac corporate. Cadillac was quick to inform me that they cannot force a dealer to help a customer and that Crest could just "turn a blind eye". This became reality yesterday when the Cadillac senior advisor left a message stating that Crest would not be willing to service my vehicle going forward. My worst nightmare had happened; the dealer had retaliated because of my complaint. I have done nothing wrong, have been kind and considerate to Crest service personnel (even leaving positive feedback for them) and have tolerated more than any customer should have to. I now have a very expensive SUV that is perpetually broken, and even though it is under warranty read more

I see a lot of varying ratings for them on here and don't understand it because my experience (over many visits) has been so different. Aaron C has always been my service representative and he does a terrific job- - squeezes me in for a quick appointment and makes very sound/financially conscious recommendations regarding repairs. Totally different experience at Boucher- - very professional staff, but every time it came with a 'hard sell' on service and parts. I found a used 2015 XTS on-line last Monday and went in for a test drive. I worked with David U. and before we left the lot he went over all the options the car had. David was very will informed on what the car had and could do. After the test drive he asked me if I was interested, I said yes. Once we worked out the price I was asked if I was trading in a car. I said I was thinking about it but I didn't have the car with me. David asked me about it and what I was hoping to get for it. I told him a price and they agreed on it, I bought the car. The day before I was to bring in my car and pick-up the XTS the alternator went out on it so I figured the deal was off on the trade. I called David and told him, he called me back within the hour and said they would still take the car as agreed. I was very happy! The day I picked up my XTS David went over all the features again to make sure I was ok with them. I have bought a few cars in the past and I would have to say this was one of my best experiences. I must say this a beautiful dealership from the outside, but full of snakes on the inside. When we arrived a salesman did greet us promptly outside, ( Tom Piontkowski ), while we were looking at the car. My husband and I did take the car for a test drive. My husband did like the car, but as we talked about the price and trade in I knew this was not the dealership for us. First let me say I am active duty US ARMY and have served proudly for over 15 years, and I NEVER been shown the level of DISRESPECT that I was shown EVER by Tom. First he didn't even ask if we had a trade in and just assumed because I had a check from USAA (my bank) to purchase the car that it was just an preapproval and not an actual check. He began to tell me my USAA check was like a Capital One check. (WRONG) I told him I was just like a cash buyer and I have been with USAA for over 13 years and purchased several cars with USAA, but he kept telling me I was preapproved and not approved!!! (I guess because I was a BLACK FEMALE, HE ASSUMED I HAD BAD CREDIT AND COULDN'T ATTAIN APPROVED FINANCING.) In fact I was APPROVED to purchase a car up to $55K from ANY where I wanted, so as we negotiated the price and got to the trade in part, I told him wait, I do have a trade in. He then snatches the paper from in front of me, scratches out the price and says with an attitude," This price is not negotiable; I need the keys to get a trade in value on the car." Tom comes to us with a trade in that was NO where acceptable for me considering I checked the value on three different websites before we got there. He takes the trade in value and subtracts in from the car value (writing this on paper) and says this is total for the car plus what is left on trade in. He told me with an attitude,"nobody would want my car because it is RWD and has over 90,000 miles." He then comes back with almost $1500 difference for trade in, but we still were not close. My husband said he would sleep on it and left. He called two days later and spoke to Ron about the car and said he would go ahead and do the deal and just put $5K down. He asked to do a deposit to hold the car until Saturday because he works until 9 PM during the week. Ron INSISTED my husband didn't need to put a deposit down because no one else was looking at the car. Saturday comes, we call Ron to tell him we are coming to get the car and RON says it sold this morning! My husband says you told me I didn't need to put down a deposit because no one was looking at it, "AND his exact words were, " THAT'S HOW IT GOES." I CANNOT UNDERSTAND WHY ME AND HUSBAND WERE TREATED LIKE THIS. I do believe if we were ANOTHER RACE, things would have been a lot different. I brought my vehicle in for body repair along with items that were covered under my warranty. I explained to the service department what was wrong. They never fixed two of my items. I finally got my vehicle back after spending over 3000 dollars in the body shop to find out the items were never repaired. I had my vehicle for 20 minutes and the same issues reoccurred. I had to bring my vehicle back up to the shop for repairs again. I am highly disappointed with the service department. The body shop did a great job. I will be going to a different Cadillac dealership in the future for all other repairs and services. read more

We leased our Cadillac through Crest a little over a year ago and have been having a great time with it ever since. I was randomly searching for vehicles online as we needed to get something larger. Saw the annual roll out of the "old" models that provided for an excellent sale and deal! Due to our location (over 100mi away) I was unable to get there for a few days. Unfortunately the vehicle we had discussed was sold the night before I got there (I did have the option of placing money down on the vehicle but wasn't ready to do so yet); but since I was already almost there they offered me the same deal on a different colored vehicle (I am partial to black but they only had a graphite left) that had a few extra upgrades. I could tell the gentleman I was working with was newer as he had to go and ask a lot of questions, but overall they did great and we are still loving our vehicle! read more

***UPDATE***- After posting on social media outlets- Crest contacted us and offered a fair refund for the warranty. They redeemed themselves. SCAMMED. BUYER BEWARE. We purchased a warranty from Crest a couple of years ago. We were promised that our car would be covered for an ADDITIONAL 60,000 miles or 48 months, whichever came first. When we went to use our warranty, we were told it had expired when our car reached 60,000 miles. So we paid $1,900 for warranty that lasted us approximately 10,000 miles. We are smart shoppers and asked all the right questions. We were promised our car would be covered for an additional 60,000 miles (not up to 60,000 miles). We contacted Crest sales department and their General Manager. After being strung along for SEVERAL MONTHS, their "resolution" was to SELL US ANOTHER WARRANTY. They acknowledged the error and blamed it on the warranty company, but offered no real resolution. We are extremely dissatisfied with this gross misrepresentation and extremely poor customer service. We gave them several opportunities and months to make this right and they failed to do so. read more

We had located a Cadillac that we were possibility interested in and it was at Crest Cadillac. This dealership is 60+ miles from our residence, so we reviewed all the information we could find. Some of the negative reviews mentioned a salesperson "Tom Piontkowski" so when we when to view the chosen car we had hoped for a different salesperson. That was not the case. When we arrived Tom quickly came out to the lot to assist us. This really was a blessing! The Cadillac we originally went to see was sold, but what we found was the same vehicle, just in a different color. This Cadillac was a 2013, but could be easily be mistaken for a later year. The vehicle is extremely clean and even though we know it was a leased vehicle, who ever leased this vehicle took extremely good care of it. We found Tom to be extremely helpful and knowledgeable. I guess that could be expected after 44 years selling cars. No questions or concerns were left unanswered. When we found one small mark in the upholstery and pointed it out to Tom he quickly responded "it will be taken of". All through our transaction both my wife and I agreed that Tom was very professional and knowledgable. I only question the fairness of the reviews that placed Tom in a different light and what the true conditions and understanding were. As has been stated many times "there are always two sides to a story". I can only finally state that both my wife and I would never hesitate to deal with Tom Piontkowski again. our recommendation, DO NOT HESITATE TO BUY FROM TOM PIONTKOWSKI. read more
