Had a terrible experience here. I had to get my insurance company to force them to fix it and they sent it to the shop in columbia to fix it correctly. This whole ordeal lasted almost 2.5 months. After the work was completed, the shop presented us with a final bill close to $3,900 -- a massive increase that was never clearly communicated or approved beforehand. Waiting until the job is done to nearly double the price is not transparent or acceptable. For a windshield repair that should have had no cost to us, this experience was extremely disappointing. We would not recommend this shop.
