I am PUZZLED why it's showing what appears to be 4 1/2 Starts when I actually clicked 5-Stars !!! Before I go further I should state I am a 78 year old male that lives in Franklin, TN. Also as reference I have over the years owned AMG Mercedes, M-Series BMWs, Audi RS, Porsche, Corvettes. I have owned multiples of all the above performance cars. Now to share my thoughts on dealing with AW Collision. I have now worked with the same two AW Collision employees multiple times, Tiffynee Mahurin (Customer Service Representative) and Kyle Vojtesak (Estimator). I'm taking the time so that others looking for a 100% professional Collision Center sees this review before they choose a shop. These two AW employees are IMHO beyond 1st Class. In-fact I'll go as far as saying they set the standard for 1st Class employees. I just picked-up my Porsche Cayman 718 GT4 after AW Collision did some work on it. Kyle V. kept me all the way up to date on all aspects of what was taking place. He even went the extra-mile and took pictures. After it was all completed I was contacted to come pick it up as it was 100% completed. I was even offered a ride if needed. When I arrived I got to speak with Tiffynee M. as she is at the front-desk. Super friendly and definitely knows her business. When Kyle V. completed working with his customer, he then came to me for us to do the final, Show and Tell with my Porsche GT4 that was actually stored in the detail shop. We checked everything out and Kyle answered every question I ran by him. He then was going to bring the Porsche GT4 over to where the front of the business office was located for me to pick it up. I then worked with Tiffynee M. to conclude payment for the Porsche GT4 in full. She is so nice that one feels like your dealing with a close friend. Adam & Wyatt at AW Collision provided exceptional service. At first, my confidence was that my insurance company would take care of me. I have been with the same insurance company for over 25 years and had not filed any claims in that period of time. They are well known for their great customer service. Unfortunately, my insurance company failed me in service. They wanted the cheapest repair. Adam & Wyatt made sure that my BMW was repaired with the highest standards. What seemed like a minor taillight and bumper damage turned out to be a more complex repair. Although there were delays, it was only because Wyatt was making sure all the car issues and repairs were addressed. His great care resulted in a car that turned out better than before the accident. Through those delays, I received prompt phone calls from Adam at AW Collision, who went out of his way to make sure I knew the reason for the delays and that I had nothing to worry about. In an industry that is overwhelmed and overloaded with clients with bad accidents and difficult insurance companies, AW Collision was the best decision I could have made. I had an outstanding experience with AW Collision, and I highly recommend them for anyone in need of auto repairs, especially for luxury vehicles. I had a deeply disappointing experience with AW Collision after being referred to them by BMW Nashville following a car accident. Expecting a level of service befitting a dealership recommendation, I was instead met with a series of frustrations. Initially promised a 3-4 week repair timeline, my car's stay extended to two months due to continuous delays. Communication was severely lacking throughout this period, with Janelle at AW Collision providing little to no proactive updates. Each promised pickup day came and went with a new excuse, requiring me to incessantly follow up. When my car was finally ready, the lack of customer service persisted; I received no walkthrough of the repairs or an explanation of the work done. To add insult to injury, shortly after picking up my vehicle, I encountered a check engine light and subsequent issues leading to an additional $1,000 in repairs, potentially linked to AW Collision's work. Despite my attempts to discuss this with Janelle, I received no response. I strongly advise against using AW Collision for vehicle repairs. Read all the 1 star reviews and the Yelp reviews and you will get the truest picture of AW. Well the first indication should have been they are based out of California. Extreme lack of integrity and professionalism from Kyle, Doug and "Tiffynee". Will do absolutely anything, including lie to get more money. Doesn't work well with insurance companies, which is most likely why they aren't on the suggested list. Had I only talked to other local luxury car owners first like I just finished doing, I would have known to go to Euro-Fix. May all they continue to lose from bad business be worth it. Greed will lose especially when your storage rates are triple the national average. When character is all you have and you compromise that for a few hundred bucks, you've lost in life. My Mercedes got dinged by a guy who didn't think to look before changing lanes. Took it to AW for repairs. His insurance company was a nightmare to deal with, dragged their feet, and nit-picked every little thing. But Doug, my rep at AW, took the bull by the horns and got it done! He gave me regular, detailed updates, was quick to respond to any questions I had, and made sure the insurance company upheld their end of the deal. My X5 front end crushed by a garbage truck. AW was so easy to deal with. I was referred to AW by my service guy at the BMW dealership-- this is where they send all their vehicles for major body work. The team called me back that evening and got me in quickly. They were easy to get ahold of by phone and email, especially Janelle.They worked directly with the garbage company to arrange repairs and coordinated seamlessly with the BMW dealership in Brentwood for mechanical items.
