After the work was completed, the shop presented us with a final bill close to $3,900 -- a massive increase that was never clearly communicated or approved beforehand. Waiting until the job is done to nearly double the price is not transparent or acceptable. For a windshield repair that should have had no cost to us, this experience was extremely disappointing.
