I thought better and spoke to not believing I needed a motor but went with their professional opinion. I took my trailer out a few days later and had the exact same problem. They sent another crew out a week or so later and found it was not the motor but a wire. The second team changed the motor out as well but realized it was never the motor but instead was a faulty wire. The techs words to me were "your problem was misdiagnosed," and so needless to say they wanted to charge me an additional $437 to fix the wire. I'm a reasonable person but I feel like the fact that the "discount," offered was half off the price of motor (which I never needed) is ludicrous. Seems fair to me to pay for the part actually needed with no labor charge may have been acceptable. Essentially I am only able to accept 1/2 off a product that wasn't necessary. I would not recommend this place.

From the initial contact, Heather was responsive and pleasure to deal with. Chad knew the exact problem with the awning on my specific brand RV and re-attached the awning using the correct type screws and reassured me I wouldn't have that problem again. He pointed out areas I was having or would have with leaks and sealed all of those areas. Overall, I was very pleased with the quality of service by this family team. I will be taking my RV back to them in the future for any repairs that either I don't know how to or don't want to do myself.

After coordinating with them for a period of time to do work on my RV, I had an abrupt ending which was extremely perplexing. I am only posting this because being in an extremely vulnerable position, and they knew that I was. I had been communicating with them about upkeep work I needed for my RV and was waiting on funding. After speaking with Jon mostly they came out to my Location to assess the work and then give me a quote for it. Everything was set up for them to do the work and when the time came to do the work they told me to go somewhere else. Now before anyone thinks, "There must be something I did, or there is more to the story", I beg you, that is not the case. It was understood that once all the parts came in that we would set up the install time. Mind you I am a single woman and have zero support to get anything mechanical done. Once my parts came in, I was set up to have them do the work. When I called to schedule the appointment, they were rude and told me to "separate" and "go my own way"??? Are we dating? I want to also make it very clear that I, in no way, was rude or demanding. In fact, everything was extremely cordial just like most of the comments about them, saying they are friendly and accommodating as heck! Which I have always found them to be. But now, when I really needed help to do the installs, I was told i am not able too? Honestly, I would just like to know why they treated me that way, when I have been extremely nice and patient. At this point, I am extremely frustrated and confused, cause now I have to start all over again with parts sitting in my yard that I have to hide so they don't get stolen. Why would someone do this to a person? Its literally two simple installs and I am ready to have it done. RV Masters! I thought you were one of the good guys, Apparently NOT!

If you want your RV sitting in a lot for months, take it here. She has a couple of her hired…read moreworkers, but most of the work on my RV was done by off-site guys. She had my generator removed my the "almost" mechanic from next door and another fellow from down the way. Neither of them know sic @ generators.. Instead of disconnecting the cable from the batteries, they cut it. The collision damage was repaired very professionally. Again, it was farmed out to some young man moonlighting from some other repair shop. She rammed into the back of my RV, and never paid for, nor repaired the damage. It was impossible to contact her. Her daughters, friends or whoever would answer the phone meet me at the gate, and they would always meet late. THINK TWICE BEFORE YOU TAKE YOUR RV TO THIS SHOP !! THYS DON'T KNOW WHAT THEY ARE DOING.
