OK so I'm going to get right to the point because I'm a super happy customer! I found solutions RV through the Mike Thompson RV dealership network. My situation was what we will call an emergency because we did not have power. We also had a propane link and we also had a problem with our slide. I talked to Moses off and on all day Sunday and he understood my situation and first thing Monday morning Moses and his awesome crew showed up first thing Monday morning. Moses and his crew spent a little over an hour finding the problem with my electrical system and fixed it. You should've seen the look on my wife's face. Everything else on our punchlist he got done, I wish I could get up on top of my trailer with a blow horn and shout out to all the neighbors how great the services from this company. If you're in the Palm Springs area and you need help with your RV this is the company that I recommend. Copy their number and put it in your phone excuse when you desperately need a good mechanic you want to be able to go to your phone and find someone you trust. Oh my, I have a secret: RV Solutions. I trusted Moses with my new 2024 Transit van and he delivered everything I asked for including A/C, shore power, solar power (with lithium batteries), a day bed, and an inverter. His instructions on how to use the above were clear and easy to follow. My dogs and I can now travel to dog shows in comfort. I am so pleased I can't stop driving. Moses helped with an urgent repair on a Dometic macerator toilet that had stopped functioning. He squeezed me in between other appointments on a Friday afternoon and did a very efficient diagnosis of the problem and found a hard to see connection problem that was easily fixed. We have used Moses services three times in the past four years and each time the experience was the same, Excellent. As someone pointed out he presents himself well, friendly and knows what he's doing. He came yesterday to repair my slide out that was repaired a year ago in AZ and wasn't done properly. He showed me what the problem was and how it should have been repaired. We were lucky to have it fail here where Moses could repair it for us. Moses came out to our RV and promised to be back to repair what was on our list and never showed and stopped returning our many calls. It is a shame Moses dropped the ball. Horrible experience with this guy. After $3,700 of upgrades, which I never got a detailed invoice, he disappeared on me for over two months and never completed any of the repair list I needed. He then pawned me off on his "brother" Vince from RV repair geek, and he left me high and dry as well. Over 4 months lost of RV time and repairs still need to be done. I would not use again and do not recommend Moses to anyone. I hope this provides a wake up call but it seems like it's a pattern based on other reviews I read. read more

The dealer that sold us our trailer referred us to Moses. We had an electrical issue where a few lights, the slide and the awning were not working. He came out and did a diagnostic which ended up requiring a reboot of the system, charged $350, which seemed reasonable considering the time spent and is covered under our extended warranty. But he didn't provide an invoice or receipt before he left. After countless calls to request this invoice so that we could submit it for reimbursement, he promises to send one, then doesn't send it and now has ghosted us. Additionally, he hangs up after he hears my husband's voice. Would not use him again because of the poor customer service after the work was done. read more

A nice guy who doesn't communicate and doesn't follow through... I had been a good customer of Moses for several years. I'd given him thousands of dollars of both warranty work and upgrades to my RV's. (I always pay my bills and I don't owe him a dime.) I even referred friends to him - and he made money off of them too. He was never good about getting back to me or following through, but he is a nice guy, and I trusted him so I put up with his lack of communication. Then all of a sudden he stopped returning all calls, texts and emails - right in the middle of some warranty work that he was doing for me. Now my factory warranty has expired and the problem has not been fixed. I believe that Moses never submitted my claim to Grand Designs and then went dark knowing that he dropped the ball - basically he stuck his head in the sand. I gave him multiple opportunities to address this and warned him that I would post poor reviews on any and all sites, but he still never got back to me. He doesn't care. I will be letting Grand Designs know about my experience as well because I'm sure they don't want their customers to experience the same things. I'm very disappointed and very frustrated with Moses! In addition to Grand Designs, I'll be letting Tiffin Motorhomes and all my friends know of my experience with Solutions RV as well. All Moses had to do was call me back and I'd work with him. Just purchased a new motor home. The slide topper went wacko so I couldn't bring in the slide. I was on the phone looking for a solution for hours. Finally out of desperation, called Bob Tiffin, owner of Tiffin Motorhomes. He gave me the number for Moses. I called and he came out within a couple of hours and fixed the problem! Since it was a warranty issue, there was no bill from him either. Extremely rare situation these days. One of the best RV repair experiences I have ever had! read more

I called Solutions RV out to my house to fix my toilet in my diesel pusher motorhome. I gave a $1000 deposit on a new toilet. They came back out and replaced the toilet. The total bill was over $2000. I paid them in cash and the owner of Solutions RV said he would submit all necessary paperwork to our extended warranty company. It has now been six months and the necessary papers still have not been submitted to our extended warranty company. I have contacted Solutions RV several times asking them to please submit the paperwork so that we could get reimbursed. The installation was done very professionally but the follow up work of submitting paperwork is horrible. read more

I called them to look at two issues. A guy named Moses showed up in van. The two issues were 1. Why my RV's Water Heater wasn't working and 2. To look at the Hydraulic Leveling Jack that was leaking hydraulic fluid. They charge a $100 service charge just to come out. He diagnosed the problem for the water heater, I needed a new Water Heater Igniter PC Board. Then he examined the hydraulic leveling jack and said I needed a replacement seal kit. He said he would order the parts for both and call me back when they came in. It has been a month and still no call back, and no indication he ever ordered the parts. I will be using someone else next time because of the lack of follow through. It seems like he was capable enough of diagnosing the issues, but it seemed like that was all he wanted to do. read more

Moses had done some warranty work for us a couple of years ago and we were very happy with his work. We are fulltimers so being able to stay in our motorhome is important to us. We contacted Moses a few days ago to see if he was available to help us out with an electrical issue we were having. He said he was and set up an appointment for us a couple of days later. He was able to diagnose our issues within 10 minutes of arriving. Fixed the problem. Ordered a part we needed and took care of a couple of incidental issues we were having. We are very impressed with his professionalism and how knowledgeable he is. His rates also are very reasonable. With our situation it's very important to have someone you also feel you can trust. These guys are good! They come to your coach, are professional in appearance and manner, know their stuff, are efficient and do great work! Moses took care of our Sunseeker in one day and had us on the road the next. The big RV sales and repair places take weeks to fix a problem and they aren't cheap. Most mobile repair shops charge a diagnosis fee and then apply it to the bill if you use their service.
