King helped us transfer data and apps from our old iPhones to our new iPhones and showed us several unique features of our new phones. He also hooked us up with AT&T service plans that saved us over $30 a month. What is very important to know is that this is an AT&T corporate store, not a reseller which means you will get the best deals AT&T has to offer without the additional charges a reseller has to tack on.

He noticed right away why my iPad wouldn't charge -- my kid had snapped off the male tip of the charging cable inside the port. Micah pulled out some specialty tweezers, popped it right out in seconds, and said, "This one's on the house." I then asked about replacing the battery, and instead of upselling me, he walked me through the cost honestly and pointed out that at that price point, I was getting very close to the cost of a newer used iPad.
