I was okay with that because it was a busy day there. The young lady who helped me said for the same plan; I would have to pay more because there were new expenses. The best she could do was pay more for the same basic plan. She gave me a scrap of paper that had written one price in pencil. I figured there was no choice. She had me okay it. I got home to see a shipping notification. It didn't say for what. Today, I got a new Wi-Fi, which I didn't ask for, and I had no idea I was getting it for 234 dollars. I am paying more for the same basic package, but they added new equipment without asking. There is now a $235 cancellation fee on my plan. Believe me, when this year is up, I will cancel Xfinity and go with another company.

She then wont through my aps to see if and known ones were loaded on it that she knows might cause a problem. After removing those app that I never used anyway, she said that my phone did not have a virus and was glad that I didn't click on the fix it link.
