They replaced a screen on my iphone and before sealing it they purposely left a screw slightly raised so it could damage the screen after time. Avoid if you don't like paying for undisclosed charges before approving them, the sign out front…read moresays Verizon, they have the Verizon color theme but they are not actually Verizon, I got charged for a SIM card for a phone I had just ordered from Verizon but they didn't say they were going to charge me for it, they were like oh it just needs a eSIM and a second later my phone was working, I thought that was it and then the girl was like let me ring you up and I thought that is odd I did t buy anything, maybe it's just a receipt that they helped me activate my phone. Keep in mind I paid the $35 activation fee online when I bought the phone, then she was like it'll be 20 dollars, I was like for what? That's when she said to put a sim in the phone and I was like it's supposed to come with one I bought it from Verizon, that's when she was like you didn't buy it from us, if you had bought it here then there is no charge. They are just a reseller so they will nickel and dime you for anything and everything that you could otherwise get as just part of your service at an actual Verizon store. It's not even a lot of money it's the fact that she didn't say that she would charge me to do it, I would've said no problem but to just be charged without even disclosing how much it was going to be beforehand is not good business. There's an actual Verizon store not 10 minutes away. Avoid this place and their shady mall kiosk sales practices.

Came to the conclusion that this store does not want new customers and it's obviously an inconvenience for their employees to assist with information on products (lazy) so they just refer to the bad copy of mask signage on the front door to get them out of assisting clients or my case potential client. To the store manger if your store is underperforming take a close look at your staff this could be a good place to start.
