My fault as a 60 year old single man we miss things or have brain farts or are just male. Well after 1-1/2 hours on the phone with a Verizon so called supervisor? Nothing. Her best advice was to call the fraud line. So let me ask you this, if you buy a new car under warranty and u go into the dealership the advisor doesn't tell u that you need to take it up with the manufacturer, unless it's Hyundai of La Quinta buys that's another book. Anyway I went into my local Palm Desert B of A deposited $220 and the gentleman gave me the number to call to bring this robbery to an end. Let me say this, ATT gave me not only the time of day but instructions on exactly what when and where to handle this Verizon big corp scheme! And after 1 call to B of A fraud dept call , and the gall was from Tennessee, assured I'll never loose a cent to Verizon and will be getting my almost $600 back! When the red iPhone came out, I decided to upgrade and Veronica was the one who helped me. There were a few issues with her service, but nothing to go home furious about. Then around an hour after I left, I noticed that I was getting text messages that didn't make sense. Veronica had SWAPED the numbers for my sister's phone and my phone! We went to a different location and had them fix the problem, but this still left a bad taste in our mouths. This particular Verizon offers a plan where you pay a flat amount and get your screen protector replacements for free. Around two years ago, I purchased two of these plans, one for myself and one for my younger sister. Both my sister and I have had our screen protectors replaced without any issue in the past. Today, my sister and I went to the store to get her screen protector replaced again. This time, Veronica was there.. by herself. When Veronica looked up the plan, she insisted that my sister did not have the screen protector replacement plan. When she was told otherwise, she started rolling her eyes and being rude. At one point, Veronica SNATCHED the phone from my sister's hands while saying "Give me that!" My little sister and I kept telling her to give the phone back, but she repeatedly said "No." Veronica said that she would give my sister the replacement "this one time for free" but here's the issue, it's not free! I've paid for it! Veronica would be giving me something that I have paid for. We ended up leaving WITHOUT my sister's screen protector, and on our way out Veronica said "Buhbye!!!" with an attitude. The entire experience makes me disgusted. I don't even want to go back to this location. Veronica gave me with the worst disrespect and didn't even help me with what I need! My advice is go to a different Verizon, or at least ask for a different representative. Veronica will most likely NOT help you.

Be was friendly anyway, and he finally answered my questions after he consulted the other staff members. I needed to recycle some 12 V 7 ah rechargeable batteries from my Home burglar alarm system…read more I found that interstate batteries do this, which I was very happy about because I kept trying to find find a electronic waste disposal, round up near me. Anyway, I went in and asked if they took the batteries. The gentleman said yes they did and then he followed me back out to the car to help me take the batteries in, I had five of them. He started picking them up for me and I figured I would take a couple in and instead he just took them all and thanked me very much and I found him to be incredibly pleasant for not making a sale and doing this task.

Terrible experience. I called Interstate Batteries of Palm Desert before making the purchase to…read moreconfirm they had the auxiliary battery in stock. When I arrived, the battery was already on the counter waiting for me. It was represented as new and looked new, so I reasonably assumed it was fresh and did not test it before installing it. After installation, my Jeep developed serious electrical problems and became undrivable. Once I started troubleshooting, the battery measured only 10.50 volts while installed and 11.00 volts after I removed it. The battery I had replaced was still holding 12.50 volts. I had to have my Jeep towed to the dealership, where I ended up paying over $300 in repair fees to get it back to normal. I was also left without a vehicle for almost a week. When I returned the battery, the person behind the counter couldn't even determine how old the battery was. That's extremely concerning for a battery that was sold to me as new. To be fair, I did receive a refund for the battery, but that doesn't change the fact that I was left dealing with the inconvenience, towing, dealership costs, and being without my vehicle for nearly a week. Very frustrating experience from start to finish. I expected much better from Interstate Batteries and will not be purchasing another battery from this location.

Chris and his associate removed the old batteries from my car and loaded the four new one. It was as simple as can be. The price of the T1275 is competitive with the Interstate GC12 at Costco. You will find this is a high volume battery store. They sell batteries by the pallet. You will find battery cables, connectors, and everything related to batteries at this Palm Desert store. Why four stars? I would have given them five stars if the whole transaction took less time. There was a long wait because Chris and his helper were busy. They need more workers (people with strong backs) and probably another fork lift.

Josh put new terminals on the corroded cables, and mounted another short cable, and contributed a 1/2 can of terminal cleaner, at no extra charge. We tested the DC appliances, and ensured that the converter was charging the new batteries. Each Trojan 6v was reasonable priced at $124, and the service/labor charge for driving out to my location and installing was an also reasonable $75. It's difficult to get service people to come out to my "remote" location, much less do a perfect job, so I really appreciate Josh and Desert Batteries and give them a 5-star highest recommendation. They beat the huckleberries out of all the other competition in Coachella.
