He spent a considerable amount of time working with my phone until he was able to resolve the issue, and my phone is working again the way it is supposed to. It seemed hopeless for a while, and while others may have given up on it long before, Saul kept at it and fixed it, while being courteous and professional. It's employees like Saul that keep us returning to Best Buy!

I like that they have three entrance and exit, exits toward the mall and parking structure, the main exit is where you enter by the main parking lot area. Customer service is pretty good. They have a lot of your usually aisles, I really like the beauty aisle and the household aisle. They also have a downstairs area with outdoors stuff, decor etc. The top level is mainly clothes, food, school stuff.

The staff here are overall great. In the four years I've come to this Target I haven't had a bad experience. Even the staff in the Starbucks inside the store have good customer service skills. Also the store is clean. The bathroom continues to need some work but it's gotten better. What really needs fixing is the escalator haha. It's pretty easy to find stuff here. Target drive up is pretty great here. Normally I find what I need they stay pretty well stocked.
