I reset the phone and still don't function but I messaged them and they told me to bring it back on Monday. I paid 65.00 best price around though. I promise that I will update this review Monday once I have completed the repair and they've checked my phone out to figure out why the tap is not functioning now. UPDATE! Went back on Monday and the took care of my issue, tested it thoroughly and got my tap to pay and digital keep working in less than an hour. Phone is good as new! They couldn't fix it and said apple charges $300 for that fix. We decided to take it to phone zone for a cheaper repair (quoted less than half the price of apple) and lo and behold it was just a metal piece of the charger like we originally thought. The repair guy was super nice and it was a very reasonable price to remove/clean the port. I will definitely be bringing my devices here from now on.

I had a few serious complications when transferring service from my previous carrier. It took a lot…read moreof time, effort, patience and knowledge to finally get it unraveled and sorted. Diana and Salma (Manager) were absolutely amazing through the entire process. It took 3 different days and roughly 3 hours each visit to identify the problem, troubleshoot with 3 different carriers on a conference call, explain thoroughly to me, present the solution, suggest temporary measures, assistance returning a phone, follow through with corporate processes, as well as having to follow up and they could not have been more professional, courteous and accommodating. As stressful and frustrating as this debacle was for me, they empathized and worked hard on its resolution. They made me feel like we were a team together, not as though I was a problem customer and they were corporate, if that makes sense. The long visits never felt that long and I would leave the store with confidence and trust that they 'had my back'. I was very close to just cancelling the transfer and retreating to my prior carrier but did not do that as a direct result of these two stellar employees. Diana and Salma delivered customer service with great care, depth of knowledge and with grace rarely encountered these days. Please give them special kudos, they deserve to be acknowledged! The made the speaker work but I did not notice the camera until a pending face time job interview at which point I popped the protector off and the screen shattered. Today, in 30 minutes, and for $100 I am writing this from the repaired phone and could not be happier! I got great service, EVERYTHING works and the cost covered a new screen protector.
