I jyst wanted the microphone on my text box and he said it would cost $25.00. He refused to help me explaining that is their new policy. Oh, and you would get 24 hour support. I left stunned. I have shared my experience with everyone. This won't matter today for Verizon but it will matter. Customers are the ones that pay your employees. Shame on Verizon!
