Worst place I have ever been to their parts are cheap when I took apart back to get warrantied they…read moresaid there was no warranty because I might have installed it wrong or cut the grass too far it was a pulley and spindle for an old Craftsman lawn mower they belittled me by telling me that even though at 47 years old I've worked on cars since I was 16 built the very truck I was driving but I don't know how to work on a lawn mower that I've owned since brand new in 2008 the original parts lasted 18 years there has made it about one grass cut so I was in kind of a bind went ahead and bought the new spindle and showed them the slack I was talking about their parts are cheap China made garbage I showed them the slack and they said oh well that's Manufacturing tolerances when the slack is what caused it to round off and strip where the pulley goes on top of the lawn mower deck oh but that's right I don't know what I'm talking about according to that young little kid who probably still gets his diapers changed from his mother when in reality they even told me once before when I was there they don't like doing warranties cuz they don't want to fill out the paperwork so I'm not going to give them any stars at all I put down one cuz it had I had to this place is the worst place I have ever seen narcissistic people working in there they will be little you and make you look like an idiot or try to and talk down to you I will not ever go there again never as long as I live worst place I have ever been

The person whom I spoke to via text guided me through the decision of the correct sod to use. He set up my shopping cart, all I had to do was pay for it. Easy peasy. Then I asked if it was possible to get the whole delivery TODAY. "No problem" he says. "We'll be there in two to three hours." Talk about customer service! To say I am pleased is an understatement. When she picked it up it had no brakes. When she took it off the trailer at her house the belt was shredded and she ran into her house because there was no brakes. and we returned it today for him to repair correctly and he said nothing was wrong with. The mower. He also charged her to replace two new blades, that he had already replaced and charged her for 1 month ago. I would think twice about using this guy to fix anything. When I first walked in to drop off my equipment, the service center staff was incredibly unfriendly. I stood around waiting for quite a while before anyone even acknowledged my existence no greeting, no hello, absolutely nothing. Being completely ignored as a first time customer was a terrible first impression, but the pickup experience was even worse. When I went to pick up my equipment, no one was even in the customer service area. After waiting for several minutes, a young man finally came in. He offered no greeting at all, sat down at his computer, and did some work before finally barking "phone number" at me. After I gave it to him, he just walked out of the room without saying "wait here" or "I will be right back." He eventually returned with my equipment, took my payment, and did not bother to say thank you or have a nice day. I just walked out. Good service is not just about fixing the equipment; it is about how you treat the people paying for it. I will gladly take my business elsewhere.
