My mother and I came on Saturday because she was looking to buy a new fridge. Appliances are some of the most expensive items in the store, so you would think someone would always be available in that section -- but that just wasn't the case. The refrigerator section isn't very large, so the selection was limited, but we walked around for about 20-25 minutes without anyone asking if we needed help. It didn't seem like many associates were on the floor, and when I looked around, I happened to see one associate leaning on something (not too far from the appliances), staring into space. He could've been assisting customers in the surrounding area -- especially since it was the weekend. Overall, my mother did find a fridge and was happy with her purchase, but the customer service definitely needs improvement. The Best Buy on Grand Ave closed down -- no one is exempt.

Then one day after, the speakers, and microphone were disconnected of the computer. I called him again,and he told me his price was again $ 350 plus taxes. So, it is difficult to pay $ 800 dollars for a job that is done in one hour and 5 minutes. I understand inflation is high but there should be some kind of consideration with the customers. In any case yellow pages advertises the charge of $150 per hour, and that does include the commute of the technician to the site. In conclusion I got another technician who came to add the speakers and microphone to my computer in 15 minutes, he charged me $140.00dollars. I do not recommend this busines.

Lady said they haven't had a blue ones for months. Just so happened I was running another errand close by and happened to walk by and figured doesn't hurt to ask PC Richard if they do canister exchanges and to my surprise they said yes! Angel who I asked helped me. I made sure I got the $15 exchange taken off the price for new canister. Thankfully my husband was in their system bc they asked for contact information. Maybe bc I charged vs paying cash? Anyways glad I found an alternative place to do exchanges that wasn't listed when I searched up Sodastream canister exchanges.

Normally I'd fly over and get my fill for family / friends, but I was able to score certain chargers, some small car accessories, and even the elusive TVPad. ((4.25 stars))…read more located in the Chinatown and Lower East Side convergence known as Dimes Square-- this cool repair shop is parked on Canal Street and is packed with all kinds of electronics from old vintage tvs to old A/V devices like stereos, amps, cameras, video cameras, etc. people come here to get their old or new devices repaired or troubleshot. i have not gotten anything repaired here, but there always seems to be a steady stream of people bring in stuff to be brought back to life. i mostly stop here because they put out a table or two of old (20+ years old or more) print magazines like Life, Time, Newsweek, Rolling Stone, and more. there's no rhyme or reason to the selection of magazines other than being old...picked up a few old magazines that caught my eye, over the last few weeks. spoke to one of the staff here who said that they just put of an assortment because they have a large stock of them. definitely a unique store and how many repair places do you actually see in neighborhoods these days? not many if at all. so if you are looking to revive some dead media device, i'd head here. for me, it's the old print magazines which is totally dead media. Oh, and it's cash only!
