The unit came back with Stereo Advantage as the sender. They must of been contracted by Square Trade to repairmy unit. However when I got the unit back despite the box and the packing material in tack. the screen had a 1" long hole in he screen on the side opposite fo the original damage. I am left to conclude that damage was present before the surface 3 was packed. Not only that, they installed Windows 8.1 instead of Widnows 10 which is what was installed when I purchased it. I am glad that I live far away from Buffalo NY and will not have any reason to deal with this company again.

BTW, I asked my question of a call center person, and was told I'd have to physically walk into a store and ask a clerk. Well, I'd do that, but we're in the middle of a 3 day snowstorm, which is why I was trying to call the store in the first place. I really didn't feel like driving 35 miles in a whiteout to see if a store had a certain item in stock. If I'm going to deal with a business that impersonal, I may as well use Amazon. The store has been around for decades and although it's gone through some reiterations, they have a wide range of lighting equipment for a wide variety of uses. The owner was very nice and guided us through the process of setting everything up ourselves. For a Sunday Event, we picked up the lights on Saturday and returned them on Monday. They also offer DJ services as far as I know, but I haven't looked into them.
