The store itself is well stocked and organized. I've always found what I've needed, and they have a good assortment of women's styles. It's easy to get to, especially if you live in the southside. There is free parking. The only reason I wouldn't give it 5 stars is that while the staff is nice, I've found that many times I've been at checkout and just stood there while the cashiers goofed around. Nike is my favorite brand running shoes because of its simple style yet comfortable. This Nike store is neat, spacious and well organized. It has a wide selection of shoes, Clothes, and sportsware. When I was entered, the staff greeted me immediately. And I walked around to find a new pair of running shoes. One staff assist me and helped me to find different style of running shoes. Staff was so knowledgeable to the product. Excellent explaination and very friendly. I bought Nike air zoom pegasus 38. It was nice and really comfortable. Pricing is an overall good value. I have passed by this place so many times to get to Target (rip) and decided to give it a try because ordering online was not doing in my search of gym shoes. I will say this is an actual factory store. Like they don't make shoes just for the store. These shoes were in production somehow. The space is a good size and lots of employees walking everywhere. The selection is pretty good, as I walked all over looking for the perfect workout shoe. I have wide feet and felt a lot of the shoes offered had little to no support. After trying on at least half a dozen pairs of gym shoes, I left with some Nike Frees, very cute and a bit over my budget. Be sure to sign up for their email, I got a little bit more off because of such. Funny thing is that ever since I've gotten them, I have only worn them everywhere but the gym!! After I bought something at this place I will also buy a present for my mom. But before that, I entered this place and some staff greeted me. He seemed so nice and friendly. He assisted me well. I went to the selection of shoes. He is by my side while I'm choosing what kinds of shoes I bought. I also asked him some questions about the quality and the price of the shoes. He is professional in telling about their products and he knows very well about it. At the end I choose a Blue shoes with a shade of black, white and violet. It looks cool and comfortable to wear. Where do I start........As fan of Nike like many others are there is a lack of professionalism and level of honesty at this nike factory location. When a rare Retro jordan V grape is stocked at the store I clearly showed interest in purchasing and asked the male associate if the had any size 10.5 left and right away said NO as I asked what sizes where available instead of answering my question he asked me what sizes am I looking for and as I mentioned 2 other sizes he said they are sold and all they had was 12 so I said ok thanks. What drew me to write a review is when 20minutes later two acquaintances of the associate walked up and was immediately handed 2 10.5. Clearly this place just does business with friends and family and this wasn't the first time this has happened. Nike if your reading this something has to change. All in all don't waste your time with this store unless you know the employees. read more

I came here looking for some cheap brand name workout shoes and that's exactly what I found. I bought a pair of Nike running shoes for $35-40. I did notice that a lot of the shoes here were atleast $60-109 which I think is crazy considering the shoes are older versions and you can spend that amount of money at say, Footlocker and get something better. The selection for females wearing sizes 9.5 and above suck, and there aren't too many cheaper choices for males either. My boyfriend had a hard time finding something he liked. A small gym bag still runs around $45 here. I would probably return but with Footlocker around the corner, this wouldn't be my first choice. read more

I have been in this store more then I can count on my hand. Friday November 21st I went in with my baby sister to make an exchange. I wont bore you with all the problems on why I was nervous making the exchange, But a young lady at the counter by the name of "Angela" greeted us with a smile welcomed us, also Angela asked us How can she help? and truly meant it from the time we walked through the door to us just seamlessly looking for clothes this young lady made sure we were attended to. I felt like we had her undivided attention even when she got a bit busy. I have received great service from this store but this one really stuck out to me. I am a Front Office manager at a downtown Hotel so service is everything to me. Decided to just stop in this Nike Outlet and I was amazed at how great the customer service was. Much better than the service at the Aurora outlet mall. I'm not into trendy sneakers, just sneakers that are supportive for workouts and this location had several pairs in my size. The staff was very attentive because they pulled people who were using debit/credit cards so there was not even a line for the large crowd that was there. I'm not usually in the area to stop through here, but I had been searching for new workout shoes for a while and hadn't lucked out yet. I really wanted a pair of Nikes too, so I hoped the Factory Store would be a winner. I took my time and literally walked down every single aisle of men's and women's shoes (since I wear both). I tried on pair after pair in the men's section but didn't find anything that worked. I did however find a pair of 2013 Hyperdunks in my size on super sale! I like the fit of the 2013s better than the 2014s and wasn't pressed enough to wait and see what the 2015s look like. They were on clearance at a cheap price already plus I got another 20% off! Moving on to the women's section, I really hoped I could find my workout shoes because those were my immediate need. Again, I tried on shoe after shoe and in what seemed like the last row I finally found them. There were also on sale... not clearance... but still, half the price I had expected to pay. For my basketball and workout shoes combined, I paid less than I expected for just one pair. I didn't come here looking for this exact shoe in this exact color... I would assume it would be much harder to shop here if that were the case, but if you're looking for a deal on great pair of Nikes I'd definitely check it out. The Factory Store has a wide selection. I can't speak about the customer service too much. Although I was there for a long time, I was only approached maybe twice to see if I needed help... which I didn't. The selection of shoes are decent, you will be able to find "something" however the check out line is ridiculous. You will be in line for a minute to check-out, the line moves but it is what it is, I guess. The employees are half-way friendly but most are young adults just there to work with nothing extra. read more

I went to this is location Friday March /13/15 12:51pm it is very unpleasant. There were plenty of problems. 1. It's a pretty big sized store & they only have 1 bathroom which someone has to unlock the door for you, when it's unlock there's another door which has a line extended to the employees work room. 2nd while in line the manager was having a vulgar argument with a customer. She was using explicit language &told her well take her a** back to her downtown location she speaks highly of then. It was very unprofessional and embarrassing that a manager can't conduct herself better than that. 3rd when I made a purchase the associate was on the phone not paying attention.I swiped my credit card she asked for id I didn't have it however my signature was on the back of the card. Whenever you have a Signature on the back certified stores don't ask for identification however they did. The employee called the manager who was next to her to cancel the transaction however since I swiped she couldn't cancel. The manager yelled at her in front of everyone customers and employees. The staff is unprofessional they never offer help. Terrible establishment managers and customer service l wouldn't travel to this store again. Very disappointing I hope a district manager would talk to the manager and staff how to conduct a business and the manager set a good example for her employees. read more

I visited this location to return a pair of defective shoes that I purchased 2 weeks prior. The shoes I purchased began to separate at the sole immediately after wearing them a couple of times. I was helped by Morris who really went above and beyond in helping me, but it was management who needs to learn a couple of pointers from Morris. I'm not a receipt hoarder, but I was able to find my receipt in my recycle bin and it was crumbled up, but the bar code at the bottom had begun to fade, but still readable. The female manager said that if the barcode couldn't scan I wouldn't get my money back since the exact shoe wasn't in stock and I didn't want to get something different. Morris was very helpful in attempting to scan the barcode and not only trying one time like the manager did. He was very polite and finally got it to work. Not sure how having a defective fade on a receipt doesn't entitle you to a refund when I have the actually receipt (maybe I'll start laminating them haha). I just walked out of this store after shopping almost an hour for some Jordan's and pullover for my daughter, air max boots, running shoes and a jacket for myself and possible boots for my boyfriend (Waiting for his response text to tell me which shoe he wanted). The then 3 sweatshirts fell to the floor during an exchange from his hands to mine. He noticed right away that the garments I was ready to pay for were dirty from the dust that the store had all over the place from remodeling. He said that he was sure that I could get it discounted for the soiled clothing. After talking to the manager, checking to see if there was any other inventory, having me wait an unnecessary extended amount of time and finding out that my daughters sweatshirt was the last one the manager, Kellen (sp), said that I could no longer purchase it. I recall seeing items that were dusty in boxes that I opted not to purchase because of this and knowingly were still on the floor to get sold. I think that it is inconsiderate to the public to have a store open in this condition and at least to accomodate the customer. I'm very busy, work many hours, and have no time to be played with nor wasted. I'm sure the money lost from my transaction won't be a loss because someone will purchase but you may have lost a customer. I'm very disappointed.... read more

Its an outlet so I kept my expectations low and my standards high. Its Nike so that standards were there, especially when they explained that the soles on the vintage looking suede hightops were supposed to be yellowed. I needed a pair of trainers specifically a 5.0 and I found them, and while I am not so crazy about the color they will do the job for a gym membership that I just got. 4 stars only because after being in there for 40 mins I was asked did I need help. If you find your size and no price on the box, makes sure you take another box that has the same price to the check out. It's an outlet store with a large variety. The prices on some shoes were really really good. The area is a little outside my normal comfort zone but it was all right. The customer service was really good - friendly and helpful without being pushy. Overall vibe of the store was energetic and fun. I like this store above "fancier" nike stores I've been to. read more
