When I was there, there was only 1 person working the front of the place. This person was very nice and informative. That person was in the middle of repairing a customers cracked phone. Not sure if this is a 1 person shop or has multiple staff. If you can quick service, this is the place to go. However, I think their prices are reasonable especially given the area. And you get 90 day warranty. The price is the 110$ less than the cost is would be at apple.
