When I was there, there was only 1 person working the front of the place. This person was very nice and informative. That person was in the middle of repairing a customers cracked phone. Not sure if this is a 1 person shop or has multiple staff. If you can quick service, this is the place to go. However, I think their prices are reasonable especially given the area. It is clear this shop has a pattern of poor repair standards and a lack of professionalism.If you have a liquid-damaged device, do not bring it here. I already spent $370, and when I brought it back to them, they refused to take any responsibility. They kept insisting it wasn't their mistake, even though the issue only happened after their repair. Then they had the nerve to tell me I'd have to pay another $200 to fix this their "fix" created a whole new problem, and they're still denying it. To make things even worse, I kept calling them to get answers, and they were literally dodging my calls. They wouldn't answer, wouldn't call back, and acted like avoiding me would make the problem go away. This entire experience was dismissive, unprofessional, and honestly really disappointing. If you care about your device and your money, PLEASE avoid The Fix Columbia. I wish I had gone somewhere else now I'm stuck with a laptop that looks like this after trusting them.
