It did this all night long to no avail! Being without a computer drove my wife to near insanity!! We got her an appointment at one supposed computer repair place in Florence and said it was $99 to diagnose the problem and additional $$$ to fix it and it would take 2-3 days!!! My wife blew a gasket! I suggested we go to CPR and see what they could do. CPR had fixed my Iphone sometime back, and they had repaired it in an hour for about $50 and I suggested we give them a try. We went to CPR, and discussed the problem with a really nice, polite and VERY KNOWLEDGEABLE young man named Adam and asked him if he could solve the problem and also install an additional 8 GB RAM card that we had purchased previous to this disaster. He went to great detail about ways to deal with the Windows problem and what he would have to do. He said he would also install the Ram card, and said he would try to have it done the same day! Well, at 4:00pm, he called my wife and said it was finished. He explained that the windows had been corrupted, he cleaned the mechanical hard drive, reloaded Windows, placed the boot sector on the SSD drive so it would boot faster, and installed the RAM card. Then he explained, in plain English, to my wife how to restart her computer, connect to our wi-fi and get her up and running!!! And the charge was about $90!!!! I thought my wife was going to propose to Adam on the spot! Adam couldn't have been any nicer or more competent!!! CPR has NEVER let us down and I highly recommend them for your computer or cell phone repairs!!!

This store currently has a Verizon sign over the entrance. I went to this store thinking it was an ATT store and I wrote a review thinking that it was an ATT store. Now, I am not certain who owns it, but I can recommend it based on the excellent service I received!!!! AND..here is what happened. I bought a Samsung Galaxy S23 Ultra on line and when it arrived, it came without a manual. I watched a video on line as to how to transfer my data from my Iphone to the Samsung using Samsung's "Smart Switch", which I then attempted to utilize (dumb move on my part!) in order to transfer my iphone apps and data to my Samung...and ended up with a LOCKED cell phone that was now essentially a paper weight!!! My wife recommended what she thought was an ATT store at this location, as she had heard good things about it. So I took my LOCKED Samsung to them and asked for help. I had been to two places in Northern Kentucky who told me there was nothing that could be done. Well the gentleman "Edward" (Eddie) at the "Russell Cellular" or Verizon store 1187 W. Eads Parkway said, "No problem, I think we can get it unlocked AND transfer most of your data and apps." I was flabergasted! Here was a guy who said he could unlock my Samsung Paperweight And transfer most of my data and apps!! And behold, 3 hours and 5 minutes later I had an unlocked, quite useable Samsung Galaxy S23 Ultra with the majority of my apps and data on it!!! I was overjoyed!!! EDWARD didnt know me from Adam and was under NO obligation to help me since I did not buy my phone from his store!! He was polite, quite knowledgeable and seemed very eager to serve customers!! His coworker Ron was also as hospitable as could be! Will I go back? You bet your boots I'll go back! In a world where customer service is usually by phone with someone you can barely understand, this experience not only refreshing, but pleasant and just plain GOOD BUSINESS!!! Thanks again Eddie!!! I went to get my galaxy screen repaired after an accident left the screen shattered. It was cheaper…read morethan some other places and I was in the mall anyway so I decided to take a chance. It took longer than expected. The young man doing the repair asked me to come back in 30 minutes. I came back in an hour and he still wasn't done and he seemed almost annoyed that Id come back. I left and came back an hour later. The repair was completed but the screen does not fit exactly like before. Its a small difference, but it isn't flush with the bezel and you can tell when looking at it from the side. Okay but not great.
