The battery was replaced and put back together like it was never opened. I actually got my phone back better than how I brought it in. (previous battery had bloated and lifted the screen). Service was completed within 2 hours. Although they said it would take one hour and when I returned they said they needed 15 min more which ended up being about an hour. Still impressive it was done that quickly. There was a steady flow of customers so be prepared for it to take a little longer than quoted (which happens). Parking is a little tough but its in the town of Herndon so take advantage of your visit by trying out some of the local restaurants and bars. There are many options with good variety. Its a quaint little town and a good opportunity to kill two birds with one stone. I'll be coming back here if i need to have a component in my cell phones replaced.

When I returned, they gave me a hard time and blamed the issue on damage that they never mentioned before either repair. It's extremely frustrating to pay to have one thing fixed, only to have the same problem happen twice and then be blamed for it. I would not recommend this company. In my experience, you may go in to get one thing fixed and leave with a bigger problem--and no accountability.

Dropped off the phone about 1pm and by 4pm it was back working 100%. Didn't cost a us anything since it was under warranty. He helped my friend the next day. Everything was quick and easy. The whole transaction only took about 20 minutes because we had questions but would have been faster. Just had to wait for the new phone to set up and transfer all the data. There was only one other customer in the store on a Sunday afternoon so it wasn't busy. He was extremely knowledgeable and provided excellent customer service. The store is clean, everyone was wearing masks, and they had hand sanitizer available for customers in a couple places. They had the desired phone in stock and everything was great! What more could you ask for?

He was fairly certain my drivers needed to be changed. He took my laptop and in less than 10 minutes he returned showing me the problem was fixed. I was skeptical, especially since fixes my cousin and myself performed showed success until reverting back. He charged me $20 (it was $30 but I had a $10 coupon) and said if I had to come back for further service it would be applied to any repair charges. Of course when I got home the wifi was not working again. Upon going back, I was met with someone else whom I had to explain the situation to. He suggested I buy some device to determine what the issue is and go from there. I said no, I'd rather they perform any checks without me having to come out of pocket for it. A few days passed and I called for an update, and they confirmed I indeed needed a new network card. What was supposed to come in a few days turned into a week and a half of me calling for updates until the part finally arrived. When I went to pick it up, they wanted to charge me $120 instead of the $100 I was quoted until I mentioned I already paid $20. They initially told me I'd have to pay $60 for a diagnostic fee as well, but they never brought that up again. I received a 15% off coupon they emailed me after my 1st visit, which they applied. I appreciated them fixing my laptop, but they need better communication/customer service training here.

The store is small but there are several chairs where you can sit and wait. The technician was patient both in listening and explaining. The return poly states "If you are not fully satisfied with your purchase, let us help you with a replacement, return or repair." Asked to speak to manager but he was unavailable. I was told he would reach back to me but is now a week later and I have not heard back from the manager or any associate. I would not recommend buying anything from them as they don't honor their policies. Update: The manager contacted me and explained that when the case was ordered from the other location the sale was considered a "final sale" and since this was not explained to me at the moment of purchase he gave me the option to go into the Sterling location and do an exchange of equal value. I appreciate that, although late, the business did come through for us.
