What an absolute joke. We went in looking for an internet solution for our new home out in the country. They sold us a hotspot. Never mentioned that LTE WiFi was an option and said the throttling would be similar to phones. The hotspot was useless once the data plan ran out. They throttle back so much you can't do most things let alone share it with a family. This isn't the worst of it. We returned the hotspot within 30 days and should have been charged for one month of service. They will not stop charging us for both the device and service. Corporate says we need to speak to the store and the regional manager and store manager, Jordan, are not calling us back or just doing the easy task of removing it from our account and crediting us back. So this store seems to treat you great on day one and then like yesterday's trash thereafter. read more

I don't even know where to start. I don't write too many reviews, but I had to write this one probably has nothing to do with Verizon. Just a couple of sales people that want extra commission I was told nine months ago get the Apple Watch and it'll be a dollar more a month little does he tell me Alex who used to work there no longer with the company I can see why says it'll only be a dollar a month. I just found out a few days ago that it's not a dollar a month it's $15 a month And I don't even use the watch second of all they tell you about the screen protector lifetime warranty if you do have to replace it you still have to pay about half of what you paid which is about $22. These people are crooks. I know it's $15 a month $22 for a screen protector, nickel and dimes right what time is it by 36 it's about $600 that I'm just kissing goodbye and these people do nothing. Just a few bad apples in a pear tree. It's OK when that place shuts down or new people own. It don't know why I was a car salesman for 25 years and I did nothing like this. I wish I could give a zero. Less than zero. Oh yeah, and by the way, I forgot I talked to. I think her name was Susan. She's the assistant manager said her manager who really want to talk to would call me back that day. It's been three days already SMH. Oh, and one last thing this place is like a like an entity it's not owned by Verizon. In our new normal... We have every day heroes. They are not a lot of them out there, but they're there. Pierce is one of them. We could not get a hold of anyone with Verizon tech-support through the 611#. My father's phone had no service. Pierce was able to figure out what was going on with Verizon. He answered the phone immediately and gave us a support we needed. It was a very stressful situation, but having Pierce's help made all the difference. I found Pierce's number and he answered right away. That's a rarity these days. Plus, he followed up with a call back. Customer service that was above and beyond! read more

Horrible customer service! If I could give zero stars, I would. Ordered two phones and multiple accessories. One of the phones was on backorder. After two weeks it arrived at the store, I received an email and called the store to arrange to pick it up only to find out that they had sold it to another customer. When I called and went into the store I was given excuse after excuse and didn't even receive a apology! They said that they called twice and didn't get an answer or leave a message. They lied! I only received one call and I called them back. When I called I was told by Dominiga (?) that she needed to go to the back to check the boxes that arrived earlier that day. She said that she would call me back the next day. SHE NEVER DID! I can understand if it was a mistake...mistakes happen. All you need to do is apologize and make it right! Came in at around an hour before closing to get some help with a glitchy iphone. Colby was behind the desk helping a family for over an hour while we waited patiently, at around 8 o clock exactly at closing he was finally able to help us out and stayed nearly an extra hour past closing to make sure we were completely accommodated. He not only is very knowledgeable about the different products but goes above and beyond customer service. As a senior I have visited many Verizon stores for help with technological problems due to lack of knowledge. however this Verizon store in Lodi was a fresh, wonderful experience. The staff, Ana and Wally, truly cared about the dilemma I was in. It wasn't just a job to them. They were very patient in responding to my many questions and concerns. this location has a serious management issue, going as far up as "supervisors" and trickling all the way down to the in store sales representatives. i started a new business account in october of last year, after leaving an old provider, with multiples lines of data, devices, and business internet service. since the start of my account i have had nothing but issues with this store and everyone who "helped" me at times. months ago, i had been way overcharged for my internet service as it was supposed to be "unlimited" and somehow without any explanation apparently, was switched to internet with a overage limit, i was charged almost an extra $300 for that and never got any credit or help with that, i think they've forgotten that one as the girl who was helping me at the time was a bit slow. on top of that, an extra line of data has been sitting on my account, charging me every month since november, and i brought to attention in march when i became aware. it is now june and i have not received any help what so ever, i have been given run around after run around with multiple representatives, and when asked for management involvement, i get nothing. then their idea of "solving" said issue, was to charge me $135 to remove the line, that THEY let get added without permission or confirmation. so now i'm out almost $300 on one line of data for a device that was never in my possession! in case you forgot, that's now almost $600 in OVERCHARGES that i know of :) i'm assuming they have a manager that likes to sit and let their employees deal with and take the brunt of everything from what i've witnessed. at this point i've pretty much given up and would love to leave the company and take my business elsewhere, but i'm of course contracted and would not like be charged an arm and a leg to do so. the store manager JOSH i believe is also the manager at the other lodi location so all in all i would avoid any verizon locations in lodi unless you want countless over charges and little to no care or involvement from people who get paid way too much to sit and do nothing! read more
