There's one person working always in a lineup of people so far yesterday I spent three hours trying to return this phone. It's like running in circles with all these phone companies now. Also my Internet is just as crappy as Verizon was. My phone service is just as crappy as Verizon was. The only good thing is I am paying a little less. Called ahead earlier in day and talked to Kevin to schedule an appointment to repair my daughters broken Apple iPhone 6 plus front glass cover. $100 Repair was made same day in about 45 minutes. Kevin gave us a used protective case and glass protection without additional charge. I was very pleased how fast the repair was done and about $60 less then the estimated cost noted on the website. Anyway, Salem Cell Store reprogrammed my phone so I could attach it to my carrier, all went perfectly. Until... A week later, I launch a factory reset without thinkint, OMG! I realized 10 seconds after launching it that I was wiping out my custom programming, and would have to do it again, what an idiot I was! But... To my delight, a factory reset did not undo the programming. this is next level code when then fixed that little problem. The factory restore include the programming. Great shop, and I'll buy my next ex-flagship used phone from them for sure! No more craigslist phones for me.

They close at 8pm so I came in at 6 the next day and told them I wanted to upgrade my iPhone I waited an hour to get helped at 7pm they finally get around to me just for them to tell me it's gonna take an hour to disable my security setting there for I'd be unable to get my iPhone upgraded when they knew I was waiting an hour already they didn't bother to tell me that when I got there and was waiting a whole HOUR!!!
