I walked in and was greeted by Shequilla. Big smile, luckily for me I was one of the few people that stopped in that day, and was helped right away. Shequilla made a few suggestions. Camera angles can likely see her nonverbal body behavior, she never gave her name and she was combative when I came back in to the store before closing asking about WiFi and she left me with an inoperable device with the most alarming behavior I've experienced from a cell phone company. She had a colleague who didn't correct her horrible behavior and refused to give me a number or an email of a manager. My family spends at least $3,000/year with this company and I'm strongly considering taking my business elsewhere if there's not swift action in this matter. I attempted to use my Asurion insurance purchased via Amazon but they wouldn't repair the phone. They only wanted to refund me. So I contacted the shop and brought my phone in for an estimate. Most of my interactions were with Charlie. He was so helpful and professional. He provided me with a repair estimate and all the information I needed to go through my credit card insurance instead. They were able to repair my screen and I only ended up paying $100 out of pocket. They gave me a estimated repair time of 2 hours but completed the job in 45 min. I did have to return the next day because after my repair, my speakerphone wasn't working. They quickly took my phone and fixed the issue within minutes. I hate having to go here but love that they are so quick, friendsly and efficient!

It took them exactly 2 hours to fix it. I'd suggest maybe going to a coffee shop or go shopping in the mean time somewhere nearby. Have a watch or laptop on you. Or a book. Its very metro accessible (across the street from Eastern Market Metro station, 2 min walk). The main critique I had was the horrendously foul smell the place had. It was so bad, I could hardly breathe. It smelled like open garbage or old food had been sitting out for a long time.
