Years ago, I brought my Silverado in to have a leveling kit installed. Just two weeks after the install, I began hearing a knocking noise from the front end. When I brought it back, I was told there nothing wrong but we could put a new level kit in. I then took it to another dealership, where they confirmed the issue was simply worn ball joints--exactly what I had suspected. Years go by, I brought my Suburban in for a specific issue and asked them to check a particular concern. It took nearly two weeks just to get the vehicle into the bay after having a scheduled appointment, and I was then quoted nearly double the expected cost for a battery that they were at fault for dying, we had no communication on the work being done or anything. After being asked to leave a review, I shared my honest experience. That review was not well received, and I was contacted and asked if I would change it in exchange for them "making things right." Most recently, I brought my GMC Sierra in for warranty work. I was told I needed brakes, rotors, and calipers not even all the way around, with a quoted cost of $4,500 . After sharing my concerns about that diagnosis, I was contacted by an employee through Facebook Messenger, criticizing me for speaking negatively about the dealership. To make matters worse, I received my truck back with the AC no longer working. When I returned to have that addressed under warranty, I was questioned about why I brought the vehicle back at all because of me sharing my last concern. I was then told by Kevin Reynolds himself that they would no longer do business with me because of my previous reviews. At the end of the day, I was simply sharing honest feedback based on my experiences. Unfortunately, it seems that honest criticism is not welcomed. If you do choose to do business here, just be aware that negative experiences may not be well received if shared publicly. They need your money not your review.

The young man at the counter suggested a decent hotel in town, and advised: "Now in the morning, you be at Altman's Tire when they open at 8; they'll take care of you." Sure enough, Altman's owner opened the doors just before 8 a.m. the next morning and had me on the road by 10 a.m. The price charged was cheaper than what I would have been charged back home and I've had zero issues with the work they performed. The only reason I gave them 4-stars was because they failed to contact me after my insurance sent them my information. Even though it was my insurance's fault for not including my phone number in the information. They could have e-mailed me (if they had my e-mail address) or contacted my insurance company for my contact information. I ended up having to contact them myself to make an appointment for them to do an estimate. After this, I had no issues and they even arranged for me to use an in-house rental (covered by my insurance).
