I spent weeks working with an agent trying to find a vehicle that fit my budget. I was patient, flexible, and clear about what I needed -- yet after all that time, I still couldn't get a single option that matched the pricing we discussed. It felt like I was being strung along with no real effort to help me find the right car. But the worst part wasn't even the lack of results. While I was there, I witnessed something that completely changed how I view this dealership. A manager -- Miss Garner -- openly belittled a woman who was simply there looking for a job. Watching a manager talk down to someone who was trying to better their life was honestly shocking. It showed a complete lack of professionalism and basic respect. The young man at the counter suggested a decent hotel in town, and advised: "Now in the morning, you be at Altman's Tire when they open at 8; they'll take care of you." Sure enough, Altman's owner opened the doors just before 8 a.m. the next morning and had me on the road by 10 a.m. The price charged was cheaper than what I would have been charged back home and I've had zero issues with the work they performed.
