It's taken me a long time to be able to write this review, it's very over due but well deserved. We went out of town and left our sweet fur baby in the care of a rover sitter within 48 hours he very tragically passed away. The sitter brought him to this veterinary clinic and they held on to him for over a week till we were able to return. They took great care of him and even made us a paw print mold that we cherish so very much. I'm so extremely grateful to everyone here that helped us through the most awful tragic event that our family endured. I have been and will continue to recommend this place. I have taken my dogs o Dr. Enoch for 14 years and received top service. Now that it has change owner the service is poor my dog has seen 3 different vets and none of them have the same treatment plan. So i have no idea what is the right plan very poor commutation. I don't trust them with my fur babies anymore time to find a new vet that can give my fur babies good care. read more

We used Enoch for years and only quit when our old girl lived a full life and passed away. Recently we acquired a new kitten and went back to Enoch, to see the vet that took over for Dr Enoch. (Dr Bates, I believe). She was phenomenal, to-the-point and didn't try to sell unnecessary tests/products. We go back this week for our next visit. read more

I'm not giving any stars for Enoch Veterinary! If I have to it's because Yelp insists on it. I took my dog to get shots (at this time I am not saying what ones), and to get groomed. We arrived at 8:30am as requested. Told to come back at noon. (He is a support animal). I came back at noon, was told he was still in the "dryer". I sat in the waiting room until 2:20pm. The Doctor (Dr. Enoch) was leaving ask how long I had been waiting. Then all of the sudden my dog appeared! I was in shock to say the least, he had been butchered! Everything I said don't do the groomer did. I cried my eyes out, it will take months before his coat grows back enough to be correctly groomed. I never got anything showing proof he had any kind of shots! Forward to today I received a bill $51.00. No break down of services rendered just pay ASAP! read more

Great vet. Dr Enoch and all the Staff really loved all animals and really care about as well. We use them for my dog's physical problems as well as kennel for while we are gone. Price are cheaper compared to any other vet around the region. Even after we moved out from Neighborhood, we drive 40 mile to go Enoch vet. read more

Let me begin this review by saying I know grief and loss. I work in palliative care and talk to patients and their families every day about death and dying. It's an incredibly personal conversation and one that requires compassion, kindness and empathy--something I did not receive when facing the end of my dog's life at this clinic. My dog has been a central part of my life since she was five weeks old. I lost her two weeks ago at the age of ten. She suffered from epilepsy, but likely had a brain tumor. Her seizures were controlled by medication, but around every six weeks, she would experience multiple breakthrough seizures. On this particular morning, her seizures continued without recovery, meaning they were back to back. Her vet is located in Hendersonville and I could not risk the twenty minute commute for emergency care, so I brought her to Enoch since it was seven minutes from my home. They immediately sedated her, but failed to check her temperature. For some reason, the vet tech, Caryn, began clipping her nails, as if that was a pressing issue. She eventually checked her temp, realized it was 109 and began attempting to cool her off. I knew my dog was dying. I'm not naïve to declining health, nor was I in denial. Heartbroken, yes, but I was ready to do the right thing. I would have put my dog down had the doctor explained to me the severity of the situation. Instead, they wanted to keep her overnight. Because of her seizures, I was worried about her waking up in the middle of the night and having more seizures and, since the clinic does not have support at night, I worried about her being alone. Against my better judgement, I let her stay, after being reassured by Caryn that she would be sedated enough to sleep throughout the night. Dr. Enoch called me that night with an update, but he only said, "she's not doing so great." When I asked what was happening, he continued to ramble on incoherently because he couldn't hear me. This man has to be nearing 90 years old and is hard of hearing which makes it difficult to communicate when attempting to gain information about your pet. In the morning, he contacted me an 40 min. before the clinic opened and said, "Bad news, ____ died." I asked if I could come and see her and he said, "Well she's dead." What kind of response is that? When I arrived, I found my dog on a thin blanket on a cold concrete floor. An empty IV bag was attached to her and she had blood and a clear liquid coming from her nose and mouth. The liquid had left a trail across the concrete floor. She had a pool of dried feces behind her and the fur on the side of her face was stiff, like it had been wet and dried. This is how they let me see my dog. As I paid for my dead dog's care and cremation, Caryn and another worker behind the desk chatted and laughed about tractors, while I was only a few feet away. A week later, I called the clinic to ask about my dog's ashes, and they said "he's here, you can pick him up." Again, it's the lack of attention to details, the disinterest in referencing my dog as a boy. When I asked when they came in, they said the day before. Please do not take your pets to this clinic. They are awful and made the devastating loss of my dog much worse than it needed to be. I will never forget the coldness of Dr. Enoch's words, "Well she's dead." Your pets deserve better than this chaotic, unempathetic place. My pet deserved better. read more

Good vet. I go to many due to my travel for work. So it's difficult remembering what medications my dog has had for his allergies since not at vets offer the same meds. They didn't offer the shot for worming for all worms (including heart worms) like some vets do. But my receipt came with a report card that included everything to do with my visit and why it was prescribed. I LOVE that and very much appreciate it for future references. read more

Let me first start by saying I have been bringing my puppy to Dr. Enoch for a few months now and him and his staff are incredible. I will recommend them to anyone as long as he continues to work there. The grooming service on the other hand, was absolutely atrocious. From what I understand, they have someone that comes in to do the grooming. When my dog was brought to me, I was almost certain they had brought me the wrong dog. It wasn't, but they completely butchered my poor puppy. They shaved her all the way down when I asked for it to be cleaned up and provided no explanation for it. And even for being shaved, it is very patchy and uneven everywhere. I hate to give this place anything less than 5 stars, but I'd give the grooming zero if it was possible. read more

My wife and I just moved here to Gallatin, and we have a 13 tear old Diabetic dog. During this inclement weather we haven't been able to receive her test strips from Amazon. So we reached out to Enoch and Mrs. Tammy answered our call. We explained the situation that we were running really low, and would like to buy strips if they sold them. They don't carry them, but she had 1 box for clients. She generously offered some test strips to us. Of course we jumped up and walked there , since we couldn't drive. We offered to pay, and they refused to let us. So we paid it forward and left a small donation for a client , and we plan in bringing a new box as soon as we can get them. We are also planning to bring our dog beds for donation. It is very comforting to know not only do we have a Vet here, they are in walking distance, they are extremely kind and courteous.
