I use to be a loyal customer for many years. Took my male German shepherd Rex there until he…read morepassed. Took my female German shepherd nika for years to there old location on Preston in Louisville. Use to get her a bath nails done deshedded for under $50 then they raised price so I had to pay $63 for a long while. Plus moved further away in hillview. But nika liked it there. So I made the drive. Then recently out of nowhere they said it's going to be over $80. Smh. Said I hadn't been paying enough for years. lol. I been a loyal customer for years. Driving almost a half hour and they raise it $20 smh so now I go to places closed to me. Like pet smart. Where I get it done for $60 because these big chain stores have coupons. Like Petco and feeders supply. Always have coupons. It's just a shame they chased away a loyal customer that was willing to drive out of the way to come there. Just because they needed to be greedy. lol. I can understand sometimes having to raise your prices, but to jump $20 was ridiculous. They obviously don't care about their customers. Just the bottom line.

I went to pick up my dog . and these people were putting my dog in there car , it's a good thing I puled up when I did . he would have been gone . and went back in and told them this , and was ignored like nothing happened! please don't take your animals here . you might not have it when you go to pick it up ! if they mixed up your dog twice, and then play it off like it is no big deal. can you imagine how they treat your dog while they are in there . never wil recommend them to eny one period!

Our pup loves bath…read moretime, but she shakes a ton so it saves my bathroom :) We like to bring our own shampoo, conditioner, brushes, etc., but if you forgot yours or just need to come by due to your pup playing in the mud, they have everything you need! Also, if you like the shampoos, conditioners, brushes, etc. that are available to use, you can also purchase them in the store. The best things about the dog washing station are the air dryers (ask the staff for towels too!)and the very large tubs with the leash to help hold your pup in place. The only negative is sometimes other dogs' hair are left behind in the tubs, but there are three tubs so you can either clean it out or find one that hasn't been used that day. It is $11 and worth every penny! Besides the dog washing station, they have a variety of supplies for all animals, and if you aren't sure about a product or need help, the staff is very knowledgeable, easy to talk to and always friendly with your animals. They love our pup and always ask if they can give her treats. Additionally, they have obedience training for your dogs as well as host local animal shelters at their store to help animals get adopted. Overall, a wonderful store & we will be repeat shoppers!
