Toys, treats, food--you name it, they've got it, and somehow at prices that don't make you cry in the parking lot. The service is ALWAYS spot on. Like, are they secretly training for the Pet Store Olympics? Because every visit (and even delivery!) is smooth, helpful, and way too easy. We've done both pickup and delivery, and both experiences were 10/10--fast, friendly, and zero stress. Honestly, at this point, I'm just the chauffeur. My pet is the real VIP at Hollywood Feed.

Soka, our coonhound follows us all over the house in the morning making sure she is not left behind. From the live cams we can see our old dog Jim laying in the sun and welcoming others to nap with him. Noah and Soka run and play with others all day long. Teddy, our puppy, runs and runs with the other pups, then they all nap and start all over again. Our pups are happy, and tired when they get home.

Over the phone they mentioned that the puppy was going to be between $1,500 and $2,000, with monthly payments. after I had gotten there and been playing and loving on the puppy for over two hours they told me he was going to cost $3,600 with monthly payments of $100, which is an EXTEME difference to what they told me over the phone. They had me fill out an online form, without telling what I was filling out. the whole time i though i was filling out a form to be approved to take the dog home. Proof of income, Proof of housing, ect. in reality, I was filling out an application FOR A LOAN. No one made it aware to me that i was applying for a loan and by the time i submitted the form it was too late. I didn't figure out it was a loan until i complemented the working helping me how it was good they make everyone fill out those forms. Then he informed me that yes everyone has to fill those out to be approved for the loan. i said "loan?". I have the puppy at home now and was doing research on his lineage when i found out the the breeder he came from was not only being bashed on the internet for mistreatment, changed their name to avoid bad press, but were also selling these puppies for $500. Puppy dreams added another $3,000 to his cost. I am extremely pissed off how badly they ripped me off. I genuinely feel bad for the puppies that are still in that place, and for the people going their to find their best friend for life but instead they get deceived and taken advantage of. I am a 20 Y/O college girl who was looking for a dog to help with my mental health and anxiety; they knew that and still decided to rip me off. I am so ashamed of not only them but of myself for trusting the very "nice" guy helping me through the process.

A customer was very upset about having to wait approximately 30 minutes for her medication to be filled, despite the hospital being extremely busy with only one doctor working. At one point, the customer told the employee, "If you don't help me with this, I'm going to unload on you." I'm sure she didn't necessarily mean that phrase in the way it sounded to me, but as someone sitting nearby, it definitely caught my attention. I found myself watching the situation closely and thinking, "Okay... if this escalates, am I going to need to do something?" Through all of it, Phyllis handled herself incredibly well. She stayed calm, professional, and respectful, and when the customer continued to be upset, Phyllis essentially made the point that she could express her frustration, but it wasn't going to make the medication fill any faster. I actually called back afterward specifically to make sure someone knew how impressed I was with Phyllis. She deserves recognition for the way she handled a very uncomfortable situation. Customer service isn't easy, especially when you're overwhelmed and someone is directing their frustration at you. Phyllis, if you happen to see this: you did an amazing job today.

They do not listen to or follow your guidance on how you want your pet groomed. They are lazy and rather cut all you pet hair off for one small matt vs combing it out. I paid $180 plus for grooming 3 times and didn't get the cut I wanted. Because, I was displeased the Practice Manager retaliated without even talking to me. She needs Management training asap and conflict resolution training and basic customer service training.

Let me just say, I am SO HAPPY WE WERE. The second I got on the phone to schedule his appointment, I felt relieved... like I knew Moby would be in good hands and get the best possible treatment. Dr. Huey was VERY THOROUGH, helpful, and answered ALL OF MY QUESTIONS. She didn't rush and is sure to communicate clearly by using pictures, writing things down, and thoroughly explaining conditions and procedures verbally so no matter your learning style, you'll walk out of there with an understanding of the basics. Moby's surgery was a great success and I'm happy to report he's currently living a much better quality of life. He's happier, he's playing again, and he no longer needs to take eye medication 4x daily or visit the vet twice a week. He's just a healthy, happy boy again all thanks to Dr. Jennifer and her staff.

I did not receive a call asking for permission to treat my dog nor was I asked if I could afford an additional $200.00. I went back and forth about how I should have been consulted but the staff acted as if it was nothing wrong with diagnosing and treating my dog without permission. So that I wouldn't end up making the news I paid the fee and let the staff know that I would never be back. These people have absolutely no customer service skills. Its common sense to ask someone if you are going outside the scope of what was agreed upon to ask questions before you assumed that one could pay more or even want the treatment. For all I know they made something up to charge more money. I will be consulting the BBB
