The inside is nice, modern, and clean. The staff is always so friendly and kind. The folks who greet you when you walk in and help with payment and appointments, the nurses and techs, and the doctors... everyone there is so kind and welcoming. They have always treated my cats as if they were their own pets. I unfortunately had to put one of my cats down there and the love and compassion they showed me and my pet was so appreciated. They often make processes that are traditionally difficult more easy. I have to buy medicated prescription food and the vet is able to connect with Amazon so I can order the food on my phone and have it sent to my door without needing to go to the vet. They are just amazing. We've seen Doctor Haddock the most but everyone we've met with has been exceptional. You can trust this place with your fur babies. They will treat them like family.

She was not established at a vet yet, but I had read great reviews about Utopia. So we brought her in almost as soon as they opened. Everyone was incredibly welcoming and friendly to Ruby! They got all her information, listened to all of our concerns and let us know that the doctor didn't get in for about 30 min so we decided to wait. After only 15 minutes the doctor was immediately in our room taking a look at Ruby. She drew blood to test her kidneys and went ahead and did a routine check up. She updated Ruby's shots and got her on a monthly flea and tick med. In the end, we only owed around $180. They gave us a coupon that ended up taking off the cost of the blood work!! We are extremely grateful for the Utopia team, and 100% will be bringing Ruby back, I have already recommended my mom and her three dogs here!

My only complaints were when I was in my room waiting for someone to come in, I could CLEARLY hear the vet techs behind the door laughing at whatever. They weren't laughing at me but hearing them all laugh (loudly) while I'm balling my eyes out wasn't a great feeling. I'd recommend for this clinic to put a sign saying "someone is saying goodbye, please keep quiet". I don't know.. it just sucked hearing everyone all happy when I'm grieving my pet that's in pain.
