Good service, the crowd was big when I went. It didn't take too long to order but there was a bit of a wait with the croffles. Drinks came out first, the blushing matcha was delicious. I love that you can really taste the matcha, they don't skimp out. Both croffles were so good but I have to say, I really enjoyed the savory burrata and prosciutto croffle more than the crookie croffle. The crookie croffle was still so yummy but it was a lot even for a sweet tooth like me. The space is very bright but in a good welcoming way, very open. You can see them making the croffles and drinks. Lots of seating Overall, I love the creativity of this place. I love that they have both sweet and savory options & their matcha and coffee are delish! Would definitely recommend checking it out

Great ambience with super cute decor! Definitely a very aesthetic place to catch up with friends and enjoy some delicious croffles with some caffeine. I had the burrata croffle and I was pleasantly surprised! While it's not the best croffle I've ever had it's definitely tasty and I have no complaints about the texture. Loved that there are so many flavors to them croffles- both sweet and savory and the actual croffle itself was also just the right crunch. Super excited to see that a place like this has come to Portland and I definitely will be back!

I saw this online when planning for my trip to Oregon. I got a seasonal matcha, but it was more of a grassy matcha so I wasn't a fan. I got the biscoff croffle and it was $10. It was alright but definitely overpriced and I've had baked goods I've enjoyed better.

Everyone needs a Friday pick me up! This review is for the limited menu for February. Service- fine, quick and efficient. With the row of rose bouquets for purchase, this was a smooth way to swoon your date. Clean interior, minimal window seating watching passersby as the couples made their way in. You can tell they know how to sell and advertise to entice guests to stop in.. They had an interactive Photo Booth set up, accessible at 11. Drink choice was satisfying and got me through a work sesh with warm jams playing in the background. I can see how this a great place to socialize over drinks and treats. I might have to try a savory croffle sometime with all the hype!

Been here 2 times and got togo once. I'm going to start with the croffles. The flavors that I tried are: Burrata and prosciutto (8.5/10) Berry compote (7/10) Apple cheesecake (4/10) too sweet Pizza (7.5/10) The croffles are best when you eat it there because it's really not good anymore when it's soggy. I think I prefer most of the savory ones over the sweet ones because they are quite sweet. I have had matcha most times there and I think it's good. They have a seasonal mucho matcha right now with earl grey syrup and it's really good. Tried their coffee for the first time this week and can't say I'm a fan. The cashiers never seem to be overly enthusiastic about their jobs so maybe that can change. They also recently changed their hours to open at 9am but don't make croffles until 10, so beware of that. Come early on a weekend and it's very quiet!

Salmon Lox Croffle The lox was fresh and tasty. The pickled onion was a great addition - such a great contrast. The cream cheese was just the right amount, not overwhelming. I do wish there had been a bit more dill and orange zest throughout, because the orange zest was such a nice surprise! Aadded a bright, unexpected note I'll definitely be stealing for home. I'm still on the fence about how well lox pairs with a croffle. The croffle itself was excellent, chewy, buttery, and satisfying, but the combo didn't totally click for me. Tiramisu Croffle This was so good!! Perfect coffee flavor, creamy, and it pairs incredibly well with the croffle. Not overly sweet (which I really appreciate), and honestly... I wanted to keep eating it. Easily the star of the order! I'll be back just for this and other sweet croffles! The service was good - staff were friendly, patient, and quick! This is such a cute space and honestly might be nice to sit and study or hangout.

This crookie Croffle was to die for, warm cookie dough in and around the croissant, my dream. However matcha not worth it, you should save your money and just get some water to wash down your Croffle.

The aesthetics of this place are 10/10 such a beautiful cafe! We got the tiramisu latte and it is so delicious! we got 3 different croffles to try and each one was amazing!!! Absolutely love this place and that they're opened later.

Environment: High ceiling and we went during Christmas time so it was nice and festive with a MASSIVE Christmas tree haha. There was a long line but it went by quickly. The longer part was the waiting part haha but it's understandable. Staff: they were very patient and friendly even though they were working and serving nonstop. Food: 1. Pizza croffle. It had a good balance of the cheese and pepperoni. I'm glad it wasn't too heavy and it was light and flakey. I couldn't finish it and brought half home and when we re-heated it, it was still very good! 2. Nutella strawberry. This was so good, if you love nutella! They sandwich a huge amount of it in the middle and having strawberries on top made it less heavy. 3. Peppermint mocha. It was good and delicious but I found the price of a 6oz was a bit on the pricier side. It was yummy and one of the better croffles I've had!

I came in with a friend on a weekday for lunch thinking it'd moderately empty, but we were totally wrong. The place was PACKED! It took about 20 minutes to get through to the front of the line. Placing the order was quick though, they have physical menus to grab up front to look through while you're in line. They had a variety of savory and sweet croffles to decide from, and even a cute display case of what each croffle would look like. It was a nice touch for visual folks like me! I got the lox croffle (savory) and a matcha latte with brown sugar sweetener. The food came out first, the drinks took a bit to come out but they were super cute. There's a self service lids, utensils area off to the side. The matcha itself was okay. I didn't exactly taste much brown sugar sweetener or matcha :( the croffle was pretty good. I ate half and saved the tone half in the fridge and it still held up well and wasn't soggy. There is limited seating inside. Parking is nearby the Dicks sporting good!

I want to give this place 5 stars but I can't! If I were to judge solely on food and drinks then yes, 5 stars for taste, creativity, menu options, and quality. But, there are a couple reasons I had some issues. I would give 3.5 if I could add half stars. In the photos, I had a couple of lattes that I didn't have the hands for. I asked the very nice employees for a drink carrier and what they gave me was that teal, croffle branded, flimsy cardboard carrier. It was given to me flat like paper so I had to sit down and figure out how to fold it together. On top of that, the design of the carriers is not conducive for real utilization. The thin carriers are not trustworthy when being held by heavy drinks. When the drinks are set down in the car, the drinks sit flush with the floor and cause spillage (in this situation, the carriers served no purpose). Luckily, I asked for a spare bag but if not, the lattes would've made a mess all over my car floor. I wish the employees would've asked if I was ordering for here or to go because I had to ask for the carriers and bag. With an order where I clearly cannot hold all the drinks, it would've been nice if they would've offered those items like some more established places do! For a new place, this one is the spot and I think they over time, experience and trial and error will help with some of the issues that came up for me

This place is overhyped, in my opinion. Aesthetically, this place would be 5/5. Super clean and spacious. It is located at the clackamas town center mall, which means plenty of (free) parking as well. The croffles were decent. We tried the berry compote and the biscoff ones. They were good but on the sweeter side. But their drinks were not consistent. We got three matches, two hot and one iced. And they all tasted different. And lastly, service was just bad. We waited for about 20 min in line before getting up to the counter to order. And the last thing we were expecting was a rude cashier that could not look any less interested in taking our order.

This new place opened up outside the Clackamas Town Center and the vibes are everything! Gorgeous interior, ample seating, and a cozy atmosphere. The staff is so kind - it was our first time in and they took the time to explain the entire menu and provide recommendations. The drinks came out pretty quickly and there was a short wait for the croffles. This was my first time trying a croffle and I liked the slight crunchiness of it! I had the Burrata & Prosciutto croffle and it was DELISH!! The perfect savory pre-shopping snack. I also had the matcha latte with maple cinnamon and I liked it too! While we were dining, it started to get really busy in there, which makes sense since the place is still very new. I'm excited to go back and try a sweet croffle next time!! I recommend stopping by if you are at the Clackamas Town Center & looking to try some place new and delicious! read more

Chefs kiss to the Tiramisu latte. Whoever invented that wonderful iced latte with tiramisu cream on it, marry me, because you don't know how much I love that latte. Though the only thing taking away from it is its price. $8 for a 16 oz latte is considered pretty pricy, but you know, that's okay, the wonderful taste is worth its price. Also let me add onto the atmosphere. It makes you feel so cozy and clean. It gives off that rich vibrant clean vibe. Maybe that's what makes my photos look good. Well I'd definitely recommend this place, but the only thing throwing me off is the price. read more

The food was fine ig but the vibe is what I look for, besides the friendly service and welcoming crew, I saw some things that caught my eye, including some terribly sad Costco ceilings, above the waffle makers there's muck that is in desperate need of a deep cleaning, some sad balloons that make the environment feel tragic, Home Depot flooring, a sad and questionable painting of who knows what, a half filled shelf that gives sadness, and a chipped tile in the side of the pick up counter. And that is all, again the food was great, a little pricey but still good, and welcoming staff. 8/10 food, 1/10- too sad read more

My husband and I checked out Croffle Crew because the concept of a croissant-waffle was too enticing to not try. I ordered a sweet croffle and my husband ordered a savory croffle and while they were both delicious, albeit hard to cut through with the plastic knives provided, the real treat was their hot apple cider. With all the rainy weather, it was warm and delicious and hit the spot. The best sips came at the end with all the extra cinnamon apple at the bottom. We'd go back just for the hot apple cider. They also offer it iced, but trust me... you want it hot. read more

I've been 2 times and already have a third trip planned. The croffles are unreal. They are SO GOOD. firstly, this place gets very busy so be prepared to wait a little bit. They are pretty quick though. The staff is very kind and efficient. There are lots of coffee and drink options and a selection of croffles. They can change on a seasonal basis with the tiramisu dropping tomorrow. The berry compote waffle is SO GOOD. the whip cream is so stellar. It reminds me of the berry vanilla cream cronut I had at Cedric grolet cafe in Paris and loved. I didn't think I'd ever taste something so similar at home and croffle crew did it. I also had an earl grey latte. I wished the flavor was more intense and I didn't like that it was salty but that is my only complaint. There is lots of seating and light at croffle crew. The owner is usually walking around or working there and he is very nice. I would really like to see service with plates and silverware but I'm sure that most people have a hard time finishing a croffle so takeout boxes would be used anyways. They are open 11-11. I wish they opened a little earlier like 9am. I also heard that they sell out and close early. I would like to come with groups late in the evening after church. Just no. My husband and I came the second day they opened and we were so excited about this place and it WAS good. Came a few months later and their coffee tasted literally like rubbing alcohol, I'm thinking their syrup wasn't made correctly as they were so popular then and batch could've been messed up. Decided to comeback today for a THIRD CHANCE, $10 for this.... To top it off this is supposed to have cold foam, which clearly it sank and was more of a cream that just mixed into the coffee. Went Thursday morning at 11:30am and it was packed! Waited in line for about 30 minutes before we got to the front. The staff were really nice to give recommendations. I ordered myself two items the salmon croffle and the berry croffle. My friend got the croffle with ice cream on it and a small coffee. The price range of this spot was $9-15 for a croffle, found it to be a little pricey. The salmon croffle was a nice and savory croffle with raw salmon, cream cheese, and a little bit of seasoning. As for the berry croffle, there was a thick layer of cream with some fruit jam on it. It was tasty and great for the first half but I felt like it was a little heavy and monotonous for the second half of the croffle. I got to try a bite of my friend's croffle and it was quite good I felt like the ice cream added a nice contrast to the croffle and the brown sugar was light tasting on the croffle. I also tried a sip of my friend's coffee and it was good! I will say that they do leave your order on the counter so I would pay attention to when they call your name. My friend's coffee got taken by someone else but they remade it for her. read more

I came in hoping to order, but the experience was disappointing. I wasn't greeted, and the girl at the counter had a smirky, unwelcoming attitude. I stood there for about 15 minutes without being acknowledged at all, so I eventually left. First impressions matter, and this place didn't make me feel welcome PS: I've heard people joke about the "Slavic stare" and rudeness, but I honestly didn't expect it to be this noticeable or uncomfortable. There's a big difference between being reserved and making customers feel unwelcome. read more

I've been coming to Croffle Crew 2-3 times a week since they opened, and it's quickly become one of my go-to spots. It's a great place whether you're working on the go, on a laptop, or just on your phone like I often am (I'm a realtor). It's also an awesome place to meet friends, though fair warning, it fills up fast and can get pretty lively. I've been here both mornings and nights, and the atmosphere is always good. The coffee is really good, and the croffles are genuinely delicious. But the biggest standout to me is the people. The team here goes well beyond the norm to make customers feel welcomed and taken care of. I've seen them multiple times do things you don't usually see in coffee shops. They're also great at keeping things fresh and interesting, which makes it even more enjoyable to keep coming back. read more

The croffles are delicious. The services - even for being busy - is pretty meh. They had one barista making drinks and they were really backed up. 15 minutes or so to get my drink. It's definitely worth a try and I recommend it for anyone once. But I don't know if it's a place I'll want to go back to over and over. read more

This place is okay when it comes to food but the community isn't the kindest 2 different people on different occasions had made me and my friends uncomfortable. I never usually write reviews but this is one of the BEST matchas I have ever had!!! I didn't expect this to blow my mind (esp because I have had some amazing matcha in LA) but this is sooo good! The earl grey in the cold foam perfectly balanced the double matcha. I've never had earl grey in matcha and now I am obsessed. I can't have it any other way now. Very overwhelming cheesey smell when you walk in... not the pleasant kind. Smell put us off so just ordered an earl grey Matcha latte. Was more like green colored milk with some earl grey syrup. You feel immediately judged and out of place when you walk in... it's strange. Workers are nice though! read more

First and last time coming here!! Worst customer service Ive experienced. I order a chai and received coffee? I politely ask them to change and fix my order. And on top of that I waited almost 1 hour for 2 croffles, mind you there was no line and workers talking amongst themselves. None of them apologized! I honestly felt discriminated, as my friend and I were the only hispanic people in the shop. read more

Went here the other week around 3 pm. There was no line, nor was it busy. I ordered right after my friend did, she got her 2 croffles in a reasonable time. I got mine 20 minutes later. I saw it sitting waiting to be boxed up but didn't want to ask in case it wasn't mine... but it was. At that point it was not warm and toasty. Also the matcha was grainy and bad. Workers always seem unhappy and bothered by your presence.. read more

Thought it was way over rated. It was expensive and tasted just ok. Waited In a long line, then waited for a table to finally open cause there isn't much seating. Also only one single bathroom. There is no real place to hang and chill since you are dealing with mall traffic and constant noise levels, especially on weekends. Not as many selections as other tea shops, but what they offer is solid quality for your money. My favorite order is the brown sugar tea with soy milk substitute and aiyu topping. This is the only place in Portland that offers aiyu topping.
