Love Crook Point! We had a graduation party here, and the place is perfect for small get-togethers. There's plenty of room inside and a good amount of parking, which is convenient. Their food menu is pretty good, mostly sandwiches and pizzas, and they've got a great variety of beers and seltzers. The service was excellent -- Ernie was really friendly, informative and helpful. I especially liked their lager. All in all, a really great spot!

Overall 3.5 Great location, lots of opening seating space, inside and out side the building. Newly renovated building and everything was clean. Seating area were well furnished. Bar area was nice though either had no AC or it wasn't working at full capacity. Service was okay, no eager to greet, welcome or assist, pretty empty for a weekend night. No food onsite but they do provide menus for takeout down the street. Will give them another chance, great addition to the neighborhood.

Crook point is a nice new spot that is worth checking out. There aren't many beers to choose from (yet) but that is better than them trying to do too much too early. The beers I tried were flavorful & well priced. If beer isn't for you they also do flavored seltzer flights with plenty of flavors to choose from. They don't offer food themselves but there was a food truck there when I went. The service was quick & easy & I found the bar tenders to be welcoming & friendly. The space itself is a lot larger than I expected with plenty of seating & space to move around. Apparently it used to be an old hammer factory which I found cool. Parking was an absolute pain though so be mindful of that.

Beautiful brewery! Great spot in East Providence. The atmosphere and beer are fantastic. The staff and owner are very friendly and welcoming, I performed here as a solo acoustic singer and the crowd was great! Highly recommended

Popped in here after grabbing a meal at Honeybird down the road and I was not disappointed. It's a large place with a ton of areas to lounge and hang and even a little deck outside. I can't tell you the last time I saw shuffleboard but you can bet I played it. The New England IPA is prob the best I have had in the local area. I liked it so much I had multiple! Staff is super friendly and overall this is just a really cool spot. The pic I included is of a little plant by one of the windows...cute as hell and made me laugh. Since I had already ate I didn't check out the food truck but there was one there.

It was…read morefounded by business partners Bryan Benedict, Jeff Goodno, Ben Estes, Ted Pease and Jean Lombard. Benedict left a career in IT in order to turn his craft beer hobby into a full time job. He worked as a sales rep and brand manager for a wholesaler before becoming the director of marketing and sales at Connecticut-based Beer'd Brewing Company. He dreamed of opening his own brewery, so he partnered with Goodno, who had 15+ years of experience working for breweries such as Taproot, Victory Brewing, and SOME Brewing. Estes, who had formerly worked at Proclamation Ale Company and the Guild, was hired as the head brewer. Pease and Lombard, who had experience with tax laws and other skills, were the last partners to come on board. They set up shop in a former auto body. Benedict chose the name "Moniker" to strip away the focus on brand egos and instead focus entirely on the taproom experience, the community, and the beer. The brewery became notable for their wide repertoire of beer styles, even earning praise from Hop Culture Magazine. In May 2026, Moniker purchased Ravenous Brewing in Cumberland with plans to rebrand it as "Moniker North". I recently visited Moniker Brewery while I was passing through Providence. They had been on my list for a while. The place was small and cozy but inviting with a decent amount of indoor seating. There is also patio seating outside, but it was a little too wet and chilly on the day of my visit. I pulled up a seat at the bar and looked over the draught menu. There was a nice eclectic mix of styles. I ordered a sampler flight which included "L.H. Czech Dark" (Tmavé), "Midnight Rodeo" (Dark Mexican Lager), "Blinded by Nostalgia" (IPA), "Stay Cool Drink Moniker" (Hazy Pale Ale), and "It's Called Sightseeing" (Bourbon Barrel-Aged Tripel). The latter was my favorite! Between the eclectic mix of styles and the friendly space, I really enjoyed my visit to Moniker. I look forward to when they open their new larger space.

Server came over to give us waters, came back quickly twice to take drinks then food orders. We were told our appetizers would come out shortly. Then we waited. Our food was finally brought out (all together). After we got everything we wanted more drinks. No one came back to check on the food or refill our drinks. Food was good, not great. The dipping sauces we ordered for the pretzel were really subpar. Beer cheese that was split and congealed, and guac that was dark and slimy. Everything else was decent. The standout part of the meal was actually the soup of the day, clam chowder. Cashing out with a gift card was a pain. We were also not provided an itemized receipt. The amount seemed way higher than expected. Either way, payment required two different transactions so we could tip on a credit card. Not their fault, but also our original server must have left, and the one that took over apparently was the only one on the floor even as the dining room started to fill up. Had we ordered more drinks like we wanted, it would have brought us over our gift card amount so we could have paid the remained with a credit card. I don't think we would go back.

The venue was a little loud and echo-y, and the educational talks were impossible to hear, but the place was filled with good energy. It would have been nice to have some tall tables to collect oneself/drink beer/snack, but I'm not sure where they would've gone... Smart moves: band outside singing "have your ID ready" ( both for entertainment value and practical purposes). The line was fairly sizable but moved quicker than I expected. Even the longest lines at the beer tables moved quickly, and having beer upstairs and downstairs was a good way to split up crowds. It seemed like endless amounts of beer, which is probably the actualization of a beer nirvana. I had a great time and would definitely recommend!

I attended the afternoon session & getting into the Rhodes on the Pawtuxet was a breeze. I had no issues waiting for pours at most brewer's tables. It seemed there were a few absences (Goose Island, Bell's & Sam Adams) but there were other breweries taking their place. I always like the special one off collaboration brews that you can only get at Beervana. The attending breweries always bring their A games & love showcasing their brews. There are beer festivals almost weekly but Beervana is definitely the premier one in New England if you ask me.
