Great bug space perfect for hanging out. Beer options were plentiful - the watermelon shandy piqued my fancy. Food was decent and prices were reasonable. Service was a bit slow but friendly.

A while back I went to Narransett Brewing for lunch. I ordered the barbecue pork sandwich. I ended up sitting outside on the back deck. It was nice. The service was friendly. The food was pretty good and tasted fresh. The beer was good too ordered the Narragansett Lager. The bun did end up falling apart a little bit and the pork did not really have that smoky flavor I was looking for but it was overall was decent.

Really nice vibe here. Tons of indoor seating and seats at the bar. The prices are amazing here. A 12% stout is only $8.50! (Big Dumb Stout). It was incredibly delicious. I was downtown right before this and walked out of Union State brewery, cause I didn't like the vibe and a 5% beer was the same price. Prime location right near the water and India Point Park. Friendly staff.

Love this spot! The outdoor seating is so nice and dog friendly. It's quite a lot of seating but still can get very busy, especially as the weather gets warmer. Fire pits are super nice at night while it's still cold! They have lots of great options -- we come here often!

5/5 -- Already planning my next visit Narragansett Brewery crushed it. Every beer I tried was spot on--especially the Barrel Aged Life and Musik Express. The bar food hit the mark, too: the flatbread was crispy and flavorful, and the bacon plate was an absolute win. Service was speedy and friendly, and the space itself is just a cool place to hang with friends. Great beer, great vibes, great staff. Definitely recommend.

Love the people who work here. Love the energy and vibes. They often have music which is fun. The beer is tasty and I love the patio. It's great that they have food, I wish they had a few more options to eat but maybe over time they will. I wish dogs were still allowed inside too, it's great that dogs are allowed on the patio but I can't order my drink if I have my dog. But I get it, everyone has different preferences!

Amazing brewery with a super chill vibe. Come here every Wednesday for room club and they've always been so kind and welcoming towards all the runners!!! Their beer is also very tasty!!! My favorite was their pumpkin flavored during the fall season, but any of their beers are delicious!!!

We love stopping here for a drink on a night out! The ambiance is great and service is always good. I'm not much of a beer drinker so I love that they had a seltzer on the menu that was actually really good!

Great spot for grabbing a beer on a sunny (or not so sunny, as the case may be ) day. You have beautiful views of the skyline from the outside area. They have a good selection of locally brewed beers and they even make their own fruit flavored hard seltzers. You cannot buy the iconic Narragansett Lager here (fun fact - it's actually brewed in upstate NY) but there are plenty of other lagers and ales brewed on site. They have basic bar snacks - hot dogs, nachos, pizza. We got the nachos. They were covered in beer cheese, pico de gallo and crema, we got the chicken in the side. They were good but not as good as you could get at your local mexican spot. Still, a great addition with the beers. I had the Del's Shandy which was refreshing and light. Go for the outdoor deck and stay for the beers.

This place is great, I have passed several times but finally venture in. The pumpkin beer was amazing. thank you, to the gentlemen from Montana that made me realize not everywhere puts cinnamon sugar on the rim of beer glasses. The bar food amazing a great plus. The service was nice and helpful with all the beer flavor questions. The place has a great chill vibe. Will be returning soon.

Perfect amount of beer choices and finger food options. Tried few different beers and my favorite was big mamie. Food was ok, nothing crazy but the vibe is great. Staff were all excellent/enjoyed being there.

If you like a lot of head on your beer come here. Bartenders are impatient and have a lot of beers to sling and it shows.

Moniker Brewery is a craft brewery that opened in Providence, Rhode Island in January 2021. It was…read morefounded by business partners Bryan Benedict, Jeff Goodno, Ben Estes, Ted Pease and Jean Lombard. Benedict left a career in IT in order to turn his craft beer hobby into a full time job. He worked as a sales rep and brand manager for a wholesaler before becoming the director of marketing and sales at Connecticut-based Beer'd Brewing Company. He dreamed of opening his own brewery, so he partnered with Goodno, who had 15+ years of experience working for breweries such as Taproot, Victory Brewing, and SOME Brewing. Estes, who had formerly worked at Proclamation Ale Company and the Guild, was hired as the head brewer. Pease and Lombard, who had experience with tax laws and other skills, were the last partners to come on board. They set up shop in a former auto body. Benedict chose the name "Moniker" to strip away the focus on brand egos and instead focus entirely on the taproom experience, the community, and the beer. The brewery became notable for their wide repertoire of beer styles, even earning praise from Hop Culture Magazine. In May 2026, Moniker purchased Ravenous Brewing in Cumberland with plans to rebrand it as "Moniker North". I recently visited Moniker Brewery while I was passing through Providence. They had been on my list for a while. The place was small and cozy but inviting with a decent amount of indoor seating. There is also patio seating outside, but it was a little too wet and chilly on the day of my visit. I pulled up a seat at the bar and looked over the draught menu. There was a nice eclectic mix of styles. I ordered a sampler flight which included "L.H. Czech Dark" (Tmavé), "Midnight Rodeo" (Dark Mexican Lager), "Blinded by Nostalgia" (IPA), "Stay Cool Drink Moniker" (Hazy Pale Ale), and "It's Called Sightseeing" (Bourbon Barrel-Aged Tripel). The latter was my favorite! Between the eclectic mix of styles and the friendly space, I really enjoyed my visit to Moniker. I look forward to when they open their new larger space.

Server came over to give us waters, came back quickly twice to take drinks then food orders. We were told our appetizers would come out shortly. Then we waited. Our food was finally brought out (all together). After we got everything we wanted more drinks. No one came back to check on the food or refill our drinks. Food was good, not great. The dipping sauces we ordered for the pretzel were really subpar. Beer cheese that was split and congealed, and guac that was dark and slimy. Everything else was decent. The standout part of the meal was actually the soup of the day, clam chowder. Cashing out with a gift card was a pain. We were also not provided an itemized receipt. The amount seemed way higher than expected. Either way, payment required two different transactions so we could tip on a credit card. Not their fault, but also our original server must have left, and the one that took over apparently was the only one on the floor even as the dining room started to fill up. Had we ordered more drinks like we wanted, it would have brought us over our gift card amount so we could have paid the remained with a credit card. I don't think we would go back.
