She consistently misses the mark on basic customer service. She rarely acknowledges guests, seems far more focused on making drinks than paying attention to the people sitting in front of her, and creates an overall unwelcoming atmosphere. It wasn't until I asked for my check because I was ready to leave that she suddenly asked if I was planning to eat. That level of inattentiveness is frustrating and completely avoidable. It's especially disappointing because the location is fantastic, the vibe is great, the food is consistently excellent, and every other bartender and staff member I've interacted with, including the manager, has been amazing. There are some truly great bartenders there who provide attentive, friendly service and make the experience enjoyable. But if I walk in and see her behind the bar, I will not stay. She has completely turned me off from being there when she is working. I hope management takes this feedback seriously, because the rest of the team and the overall experience deserve better than this one recurring issue. We had a little weather early on, and they help us flow into the inside space and offered all kinds of help. Fortunately the weather brightened up and guests were able to fully enjoy the fire pit, corn hole, and the live music (solo artist who did great covers!). After the third time of her breezing past us, I finally called out to ask for another round and was rewarded with the most dramatic eye roll I've seen since high school. The place was grungy, the service sucked, and the drinks weren't even that cold. Honestly, I've had warmer welcomes from vending machines. Safe to say I'll be tapping out of this tavern for good. Loveland has plenty of places that actually appreciate your business....and this just isn't one of them.
