Terrible service!!! I ordered 2 pizzas the day before to assure they would be ready for a business lunch. When I got there, I was met with confused looks and the worker had no idea what I was talking about. The person that took my order was actually there and said, "well I thought I put the order in.". I had to go to Little Ceasars for a hot and ready pizza rather than what everyone at my place of work ordered! This was embarrassing and I will never order from Domino's again. I was staying in town for one night and didn't want to put much thought into food, being a Sunday night there is a surprising lack of places open in the middle of Jamestown and being in the mood for Pizza "Domino's" popped up. It's been a couple of years since I ate Domino's pizza so I figure why the hell not. Ordered a small pizza with a small side on the app. 15 Minutes or so went past, I showed up and my name was on an Airport Arrival lounge screen indicating my food was ready. I scooped it up and took it back to my hotel room to devour. It was hot, the Pizza was OK, not the most flavorful but certainly a notch above frozen ......However my Pizza wasn't cut properly, every time I went to take out a slice the Pizza would rip and leave a cheesy mess in the middle of the box.......Pizza cutters....Pizza cutters are a basic need for a Pizza place !! Sooooo I went in to order pizza for work before I went tanning because they are in the same plaza. Apparently at 5'7 with a big girl stature and brightly colored hair (red, purple, blue, and black ) I'm invisible OR we were playing tag you're invisible and I was it and had no clue. This guy looked through and by me standing there then grabbed an order to deliver and left. I was like Is this the 6th sense and I'm dead ? I got helped by someone that came up from the back. I'm not cra cra about domino's but work wanted it and I figured I'd grab a bite and wing. Wow! It's pricey and the wings are small soggy and I think baked instead of fried ewwwww. I'd call this wing a pigeoon wing not a chicken wing. The pizza was so bland and lacking cheese and sauce it was a joke. It had been about a year since i ordered from dominos due to them missing items in my order and rude customer service from the manager. They must've hired someone new to make the pizzas because this time it was excellent!! I ordered the two medium pizzas one pan one hand tossed the pan wasn't all mushy like the last time it was evenly topped and in got each topping in every bite I took. The hand tossed was light and fluffy and didn't take like I was eating gelatin like last time. I regret not tipping the driver more. I expected what I received last time but I'll definitely be ordering again and will make sure I give a nice tip. I'm glad they either made changes to the staff or the ingredients but whatever they are doing I hope they continue to do the same! read more

I ordered a two liter of coke with my order and when it was delivered there was just a small bottle. I told the delivery person and asked what they charged me for? I had used my card. He couldn't tell me and it wasn't listed on the receipt. I called the store and the first time they hung up on me and the second time they told me to never order from them again. It goes like this: Me: "I would like to order a pizza to be delivered" Duminos: "What would you like" Me: "A medium mushroom pizza. I would like half of that with banana peppers, please" Duminos: "You want a medium banana pepper pizza?" Me: "No. I want a medium mushroom pizza with banana peppers on only half" Duminos: "You want a pizza, half mushroom, half banana peppers?" Me: "No. I want a medium mushroom pizza with banana peppers on half of it, only" Duminos: "O.k., You want a medium mushroom pizza with green peppers." (At this point I realize there is a very high probability I am talking to an complete idiot and envision her writing down the order and request with a white Crayola on white paper) Dumb Me: "My room is 234 (big mistake here). But please tell him to call me and I will meet him in the lobby. I do not want him to knock on my room door" Duminos: "Yes, I will tell him to call you and wait for you in the lobby" Driver arrives and knocks on my hotel room door and all hell breaks loose. Pizza is good. But their "wings" are literally the worst wings I've ever had. They're small, rubbery, and taste like shoe.

Love ordering from this location. They always deliver quickly and the order is accurate. Stephanie put my pie in the oven... that's what the tracker app said. I'm sure she did it happily. The few times I've picked up my order here the crew has always been cheerful and polite. They don't know me by name but always welcome me by singing various 80's pop songs. Great place. When a business says theyre open on friday nights until 2am and then refuse to serve me at 12:20 am that is false advertising. Tried ordering online for carry out and it kept saying error then i call and after 20 rings all i get is a "dominos pizza please hold" n then im on hold for another 5 minutes and then told they will not take my order. Get your online site fixed and hire more people so youre not turning customers away an hour and a half before your listed closing times. Or dont say your open until 2am. That always works. Not impressed. Wont be ordering from dominos for a long time since my business is clearly not wanted. read more

Ordered 2 large pizzas for pickup at this location. It took me over 20 minutes to arrive as I was in no hurry and made a quick stop to Walmart. I came in and paid. I was told "it'll be right out we're taking out your pizza now. Sorry about the wait." I sit down. 20 minutes later I am told by another worker that they forgot my pizza and that they would put it in next. They apologized and offered a 2-Liter on them. I would give a second chance because mistakes happen and I didn't happen to be in a hurry. But if that wasn't true, i don't know anybody who would be fine with waiting over 50 minutes for 2 pizzas on a Wednesday evening. One of them is 40 minutes cold too. If there was a way to do negative stars, this store deserves it. This store keeps getting worse. Bad food, bad service, and a total lack of care. Waited over an hour for 100% cold food. The "tracker" is a joke!! It claimed my food was at my house 30 minutes before it was. Obviously the staff is deceiving corporate by faking the tracker. The staff every Sunday is the worst.
