It has almost been two years since I've live in this community. When we were looking for the best place to lease we came in to check out Cross Pointe Apartment and I remember Mary (property manager) welcoming us with warmly with a genuine excellent customer service. Mary showed us different units and told us all about the community. Of course no place is completely perfect no matter where you go (you should always keep this in mind), but I must say that the first impression with Mary truly made us choose to move in. I had three places in mind that were all in the same area back then and my family and I still feel very happy till this day for the decision we made of living here. Through the last almost 24 months of living here we have had some minor service issues and every time we did, service came in and did a great job in fixing any issues with an immediate response after submitting the service order. My favorite part about our community is the nice BBQ area..... I really enjoy being there while I'm grilling some delicious meat! It definitely feels relaxing to have a nice spot to relax near the pool after a long day at work. Overall the pool/jacuzzi area is always clean. One of my biggest concerns when moving in to an apartment was the possibility to having to deal with loud neighbors from music to tv, etc. and I am very happy that we've never had any of these issues while leaving here. Most of the people in our community are very nice and respectful. The rent price can seem high to some people but unfortunately the market has been high for the last few years and after researching prices in other properties I found our apartments to be very competitive in the market. In fact, i could not find anywhere that had attached garages anywhere near. The closes I found was around the Walnut Creek area with almost twice the price which lead me to spend a lot of time reading many reviews for other places so I decided to be helpful to others by writing a review for this place. The reason why we wanted to live in this area was because one big thing that you must consider when thinking about where you may lease which is how far would the stores/restaurants where you love to shop/eat will be..... for me it workedout perfect because I have all the stores and restaurants that I shop/eat very often right by us like Trader Joes, Target, Baby's R Us, Buffalo Wild Winds (my favorite place), Peet's Coffee (The best coffee), Barns and Nobles, Best Buy, etc., you get the point. The apartment are nice and spacious, including nice bathroom and big tubs. You have a nice room for washer/dryer inside your apartment and I like how you have inside access to your attached garage. A/C works perfect, heater does too. Hallways are big and the entrance to the apartments feel private. There is a nice online portal where you can pay your monthly rent that's super easy to use and here you can also see what's happening in our community. I'll finish my review with this, I am all about good service and I would have moved out if I was not happy here even if I had to pay almost twice in the Walnut Creek area but dealing with Mary and Nina from the office has always been very pleasant so at the moment I truly enjoy coming home! Moving here i thought would be a great ideal, needless to stay it was the worst mistake of my life. The management did everything they could to be helpful to get me in. But once i moved in the staff was not so helpful. I noticed that the unit was filthy and wasn't cleaned professionally as promised. I had to do a walk thru by myself and mark everything that was wrong. Which they advised they would fix and never did. Carpet was smelly and nasty, after being there less than two weeks i noticed the appliances were old and falling apart. I would email and call the office to advise of the issues i was having with my unit. They would never respond until i sent a second or third email. They would make excuses of how busy they were or how they never got my e-mails and voicemail messages. My car was broken into several times and they didn't seem to care. This place is ghetto, lots of weed and cigarette smoke, Suppose to be a smoke free property lies. Loud music and neighbors, police activity, nasty property, insect infested, Animal poop all over the property. The walls are thin you can hear the neighbors having sex, playing loud music. People always hanging outside being loud and kids running around making noise. Overpriced, charged for water, garbage, and as promised it would be picked up and it's not always done. Staff is always changing, very unprofessional and rude. Gym equipment is always broken and dirty, It's not worth the price that they charge. Good luck getting your deposit back if you ask me you would be better off renting a house. So don't be tricked by the fancy cute lil model that they show you smh. Wish i could rate it a zero. No wonder why they have a high turn over of tenants who move in and out. The upside to these apartments are the location which i liked, the attached garage, washer and dyer inside the unit the tub is huge and it was very spacious. read more

We just moved here from San Jose and we were looking for a luxury apartment near Brentwood, California. We looked for over 2 months; we seriously looked at over 10 places and none were as nice as this one for the price. When we drove up, we had a great feeling and we loved it being a gated community. Kevin helped us through the whole process, gave us a tour of the property and we just loved the wood floors - that was a big selling point! He was very kind and professional. We have a little shih tzu dog and Crosspointe is a wonderful home for your fur-babies too. Crosspointe is right across the street from Walmart, our gym, and a ton of shops. Target, Best Buy, Trader Joes, Kohl's and a bunch of other shops are right down the street. We are minutes away from Streets of Brentwood and only a few minutes from Highway 4 which is perfect for commuting. When we moved in, we were so happy with our apartment. There is a huge attached garage that has more space than we need, a large garden tub, and we love all the grass and trees - the landscaping is beautiful! We've used the workout place several times and we've also enjoyed the pool/spa area. Lots of wonderful amenities! We are so happy we found this place! We've already met several of our neighbors who are so nice and we are just so thankful we met Kevin who helped us make the decision to move here. LOVE IT HERE! read more

I recently had an experience with the apartment complex manager MARY BAKER left me quite disappointed. While I appreciate their efforts in some areas, I must express my concerns.The communication with MARY BAKER was often lacking, making it difficult to address issues or get timely responses. This lack of communication sometimes made me feel as if I was being treated unfairly. I found her approach to be somewhat unfriendly, which made interactions uncomfortable and added unnecessary stress to my living situation.What bothered me the most was the feeling that MARY BAKER IS being sneaky and conniving. There were situations where I felt they were not completely honest about certain policies or maintenance timelines. This lack of transparency only eroded the trust I had in the management. Furthermore, there were instances where I witnessed MARY BAKER using inappropriate language when dealing with residents and or walking about the property grounds. This unprofessional behavior is unacceptable and creates an uncomfortable living environment for everyone. I believe that clear and respectful communication is essential in any living situation, and I hope the management can work on improving in this regard. I also suggest that they provide more comprehensive training to their staff to enhance their customer service skills and professionalism..... read more

Hi my name is Najah and I'd just like to take just a moment of your time with this review....when it came time for me to relocate my decision wasn't hard I knew I needed to be in Antioch to be near my family. My search began and I found a few places that I really liked, so my daughter and I went to actually look at those places there was a lot to consider would I be close to my family close to my job...things like that....well let me tell you out of all the places we saw Cross Pointe hit the nail on the head.....the staff was awesome the amenities were great the location was just perfect Cross Pointe truly checked all the boxes.I would consider these luxury apartment homes. The environment is clean,quiet and above all safe. Kevin, Sierra and Mary were just gems they were helpful they addressed my inquires made me feel really welcome to the community. All in all my personal suggestion is if your in the need of a GREAT place to live come to Cross Pointe oh and not key me forget the area within close proximity of everything....target, Walmart etc. they are just the best. read more

When I say that the management is the absolute worst. We recently had an issue with the pool being taken over by teens at 2am. And all the manager did was close the pool at 6pm everyday. When clearly these kids are jumping the fence. I though we had security? Secondly don't even depend on this manager Mary Baker to attend or understand your needs. He MO is to make you feel stupid and like a child then trying to force her ways down your throat. And if you don't agree with her she won't even hear you out all that comes out of her mouth is ATTORNEYS AND OUR ATTORNEYS AND OH MY IVE BEEN DOING THIS FOR 24 YEARS! Nobody cares, you obviously haven't learned your customer service skills. But she's very good at faking her niceness so she doesn't get bad reviews. Girl bye. Sequoia Cross pointe has gone down the drain since Mary baker started here and you are to busy to not even notice. I find it also funny when bad reviews are posted nobody responds. I have been a faithful resident at cross pointe for almost three years now. I have to say some of these reviews were very shocking to read. I hope that I can give a more positive standpoint for those that are looking for a new home. When looking for apartment I would say I was what you would consider a difficult customer. I had lots of questions and concerns and wanted to see everything more than once. The staff at cross pointe never once made me feel difficult or that I was inconveniencing them. They were very helpful and calmed all my nerves about getting a new home. This kind of customer service has continued since my first day. The office staff is always wonderful and there to help in anyway they can. The service staff is polite and fixes things in good timing. There is no place I would have rather spent my last three years! I want to thank cross pointe for being such a wonderful place to live! read more

I lived here with my gf for almost 3 years until we purchased our first home and I must say that I absolutely loved this place. The attached garages are unbeatable as well as the full size washer/dryer and stainless steel appliances. The closet was also so big that we were able to fit a twin size bed in there for our 4 year old. The staff was always very welcoming, understanding and completed our service requests in a timely manner. Kevin & Mike in particular were always friendly and took care of us throughout our stay. I would highly recommend this place if you're looking for luxury, a spacious floor plan and a quiet community. One thing that I did want to mention is that the rent is on the high-end but it's the quality and specs that you're paying for. All in all, if you can afford it.. this is a wonderful place to be. read more

Had a follow up call in regards to the handicapped parking. All i got was an empty promise and some B.S. about this should have been resolved. Well had that been the issue i wouldn't be here again writing this review. so i added a picture of the car that habitually parks in the handicapped SPOTS with no visible placard.Just so my "NEIGHBORS" @ crosspointe can see the car and if one day your relative or friend whom is really in need of a handicapped spot has to park elsewhere and hoof it to your apartment you can thank the Dirt bag with a small gold nissan car license plate # 6EGA600. this is near the back by bldgs 800-700. read more

The fact that I waited 3 months to move into this place is insane. I somehow made it work and got my dream apartment. I LOVE my round patio and this 1 bedroom seems like a 2 bedroom. I will say ARIANA was beyond patient with me with my never ending questions and concerns I had, she responded right away and always had an answer for me. She gave me a piece of mind through out this whole process even now after move in. I also got to meet Jordan for a recent work order and other places the Maintence people weren't so nice. But JORDAN was amazing and really easy to talk to and completed my requested within 20 minutes or less. read more

My blinds and thermostat both were in need of care....Mike came masked and with booties took care of both issues with excellence. This type of service makes this place truly a home, to experience such peace while feeling safe and knowing my issues were addressed expeditiously demonstrated great integrity with the staff. I appreciate all they do and the kind service of the entire maintenance team. It took sometime but was worth the wait ! My apartment is beautiful and the lease agent was Niche Williams! Niche was great ,gave me all information i need ! She was very professional at all times ! I've been to many places looking for apt but because she answer all my questions told me exactly how long and when to but my notice inn was so helpful and everything she said was exactly how it happened! Their apartments are amazing, spacious, clean, and very well kept. The property is always kept clean, and they have great people living here. I have lived at Cross Pointe apartments for almost 12 years and the staff have always been very responsive and helpful. Mike has been with the Maintenance staff for a big portion of that time and he is always willing to lend a helping hand when needed and is always courteous and leaves the area he is servicing clean/picked up before he leaves. He strives to leave the grounds outside tidy and I appreciate all of his help over the years. read more

I don't understand why Mary Baker is here. All that pink has go it's not profesional at all. Just as her whole demeanor which is NOT progressional. She picks and chooses who's she's nice to and that says a lot. Conniving and sneaky. Tried to ask me for a review a good one at that. And I'm not doing it! Great place to live. Staff is a pleasure and the maintenance crew, Jose, Mike & Mario are not only knowledgeable but a joy to work with. They fix the issue and are always willing to go out of their way for tenants. A little pricey but would definitely recommend to anyone looking for a safe place. Only issue is few of the tenants with pets leaving mess on door fronts & corridors. read more

Living at Cross pointe has been a great experience. The last apartment complex I lived at was not a great experience. I've lived here for 8 months and the management staff has been great to talk to. The maintenance staff is on top of any repairs I've needed. The pest issues have not been an issue either. I would recommend Cross Pointe to any friends or family members. read more

Absolutely one of my favorite apartments to use when I have travelers working in Antioch. The entire leasing team is always so quick to help with any issues my travelers may have with their units. Nina is especially my favorite to work with! The attached garages, in unit w/d and location are all definitely worth the price to make our travelers happy! read more
