The staff is always very nice and if they are busy for some reason, they even have kiosks to order from as well. I'm Korean and love me some Korean fried chicken wings, but going here means I do not have to make them, make a mess in my kitchen, or have to spend time prepping everything beforehand. Yes, I know these are Karaage but they are very similar. I usually get the boneless wings just because I am weird and do not like having sticky fingers when I am eating, so these I can eat with a fork. The crispiness is always spot-on and I love that they give you just enough sauce to give everything a good coat and flavor but not too much that the chicken is drowning. I also really love the rice cakes that they add into the tenders and wings, it's like a nice little chewy treat to go with everything. Their fries are a LOT of fries! My wife and I have learned we can share one order of them. They have a bunch of varieties of seasonings you can add to the fries but I tend to get mine plain and just eat it with ketchup. I love coming here and their little outdoor patio is great when I want to bring my pup or just enjoy the nice fresh air as we eat our meal.

I grew up eating butterburgers on field trips and getting free custard vouchers after piano competitions. Nothing will top the love and nostalgia i have for this place. On our little tour de midwest on this trip, culver's was our first food stop. We got into madison pretty late, walked around the neighborhood i grew up in, got cheese curds at woodmans, and then beelined it to culvers for a late but so so satisfying dinner. And now my bc remembers culver's fondly too.

I didn't even have to let them know I had arrived. That's service! Unfortunately, the burger I got looked sloppily slapped together. It was a Deluxe with various add-ons. The burger itself was juicy. I would expect fresh crispy lettuce, tomatoes, and onions spilling over the bun. The lettuce I got could barely be seen. What I did see was the thinnest layer of wilted pieces of lettuce. And I'm not even sure there were tomato and onion slices. If they were in it, I couldn't see them, let alone taste them. The fries were also a bit over fried. Overall, totally not a burger that Culver's is claimed to deliver to its customers. Hopefully this was a one-off. I hope this is not what Culver's has become (cutting corners), in its attempt to compete with BK and McD.

Plenty of parking in the lot attached to this spot! The interior is small, but very nicely done! It was VERY festive for the holiday season! I understand it was the night before a holiday, but they were definitely understaffed. The three staff members (2 servers and a bartender) were, at times, sprinting through the restaurant to keep everyone happy! They did it with a smile too! Kudos to them, but management should help them out with additional staff on busy days. (We had a reservation for 10 people, they knew it was going to be busy). The food and drinks were alright...the Brandy Old Fashioneds weren't very boozy and the fish fry, while cooked well, didn't have any special flavor. We also waited almost an hour for our appetizers: cheese curds, calamari fries, and zucchini blossoms. I will say that the broasted chicken looked very good, but I didn't have any! Overall, a good bar if you're in the area and wanted some drinks/food but I don't know that it's worth a special trip!
