But then they said that they never said that our basement would stop flooding after they did work to it. They were extremely aggressive and mean. My roommate had had to move out and actually became homeless for a little while and had to live in a homeless shelter because her bedroom was in the basement. I've lived here for over 11 years and now I have to move because everseal ripped me off and lied to me. Don't ever use this company. They will lie to you and not tell you everything. they will promise you would dry basement and then tell you that they never promised that and it wasn't their responsibility to make your basement dry. He told me I have water coming in from the sewer and seepage and that he's not gonna help me with either one of them and he's not gonna help me at all. I've never seen a more unprofessional company in my life. I can't believe he started yelling at me. I am a victim of violent crimes so that really scared me extra. Save yourself from the Horrible experience I had with them and go to somebody else. They are nothing but con artists and scammers. They will take many thousands of dollars from you and your basement will still flood.

Then covered all the boxes and clothes in the basement. Completed the work on the pit and pumps in about a half day. Then they collected all the dust, debris, and covers on the floor, stairs, boxes, and clothes. The workers and the sump pit work was beyond expectations. Thanks to U.S. Waterproofing and their professional staff. About 10 years ago U.S.Waterproofing fixed a leak in our basement wall. No leaks since.
