Recently purchased an as-is house knowing it needed work. Saw the roof, water damage, and brick work needed but wouldn't know extent until keys were handed over. I will say he wasn't the cheapest bid I received, but he was very knowledgeable and quick to point out his recommendations have lower maintenance over time costs. Outstanding experience with Quality Roof. Our townhome complex had a complicated total tear off and replacement roof. We received numerous bids. Tony, the owner, gave the estimate and was our main point of contact throughout the whole process, unlike some contractors that have a sales dept and then a construction crew in which there is always a disconnect between what is promised and delivered on. Water flowing from one of the bedroom light fixtures had us concerned about a possible leak in the roof. My wife and I immediately reached out to several roofers for a quote. What we liked about Tony, the owner of Quality Way Roofing, was how responsive he was. He came out the next day to assess the issue and to provide us with a quote. He took his time in checking things and gave us a logical explanation of what may be occurring. Rather than only suggesting that we replace the entire roof, he came up with a plan to seal the deck and fill in any holes in the membrane. He gave us a quote that was incredibly fair and we were excited to work with him. Work was delayed a couple of times because of bad weather, but we couldn't fault him because this is work that needs to be done when it's dry outside. He remained incredibly responsive and we were able to find a day that worked out for all the parties. Please save your money and hire a company who specializes in one or two services vs trying to be a Jack of all Trades and masters of NONE. We met with Tony, he was prompt to answer and come in for an estimate. Promised and guaranteed that our settling outdoor staircase could be fixed and ready for resale. He even was able fit us in the schedule the following day. We were very happy with the quick service and excited to have this eyesore fixed once and for all. Only, the ''fix'' looked 100 times worse than the original. We spoke with Tony about the ''finished'' job and he didn't see any issues with crooked unleveled steps and messy corners, along with a new crack of the entire staircase, but none the less promised to fix it himself (and the first employee). The second attempt wasn't better than the first. The staircase was still left uneven, unleveled, the crack that was NOT originally there still visible in their attempt to mask it. On second-day small cracks shows on two steps. This is beyond unacceptable! We would have had much better luck trying to sell our home with the settled stair vs the eyesore that we're left with now. Couldn't be happier with the quality of work done by Tony and his team! 1. In regards to the roof that his team came out and fixed. We had a leak into our Master bedroom and Tony was out the very next morning with his team on the roof providing pictures and an estimate. Compared to the 3 other companies I looked into, Tony was by far the most reasonably priced and he provided a warranty which was great for security in the future. Within 48 hours, they had repaired and re-sealed our roof with aluminum coating and made mention of the bad storm we are supposed to get tomorrow so wanted to do what he could to make it out to our place before that happened. 2. In regards to the concrete work they did, Tony and his team did work for us last year to repair some cracks on our back stairs/deck area, but because our back deck has some major structural issues, there are new cracks and it is just getting worse. Tony came out, same day, and re-sealed the cracks and even went above and beyond to seal and repair other cracks that weren't even covered in our 2 year warranty from last year. They are going to be providing an estimate to fix the structural issue we have and if we decide to get this fixed, we will for sure have them do it. Just couldn't ask for better customer service.
