I knew the car had some issues but after it was gone through with a fine tooth comb, my ride felt better than a brand new car. The entire suspension and braking system was totally replaced along with the steering gear box, which was unbelievably repaired! Other mechanics wanted to install a new one, since it was easier than repairing the original. The nice thing about this shop is all of the technicians go above and beyond to help save the customer money and if it can be repaired they will go the extra mile and do it better than any replacement part out there. Aside from the suspension and brakes the carburetor was replaced along with the manifold. The last big ticket item to be replaced was the radiator. When I had my car towed to Auto Air & Audio it could not even start. After the engine revved a few times it would finally start but the entire car shook like a washing machine on overload! Once everything was set in place and the engine tuned, it now drives better than my Mercedes S-550. Thanks to Todd and his crew they were able to do what others could not! THANK YOU ONE AND ALL! You are truly outstanding automotive technicians! I highly recommend them to anyone with a classic car out there, your classic car and your wallet will both thank you!

Our instructor, Steve was very friendly and informative, he has been sailing his whole life and this is second nature to him, we spent a couple of hours out on the lake and I have to say that I loved it!! There was another couple on the boat that were super sweet and we definitely had a great time learning and hearing all of the stories Steve had to tell about the area way back when. I fell in love with sailing and we are hoping to get the lessons for two in the near future. I can't wait.

Two days after the cleaning, all stainless steel bolts, screws, nuts, washer, hinges, ect were rusted and some caused staining to the surrounding areas. He used an overly aggressive chemical, which caused the issue. I made him aware of the issues and sent photos. He came back out to attempt to make the situation right, but was unable to do so. I again highlighted the serious problem and he stated he would come back out again ONLY HE NEVER DID. He no call and no showed on me 13 times stating one of the following reasons: I forgot, I am sick, no energy today, it is raining, I got caught up at another job, it is cold outside, I do not have enough money right now, I just got out of the hospital, and my truck broke down. I could see the writing on the wall, so I researched all the items and sent him an itemized list with links to all the products. I asked him to just pay for the items since he would never come back to right his wrong. I even went as far as offering to reinstall everything myself as long as he paid for the replacements. What do you know....he said he couldn't because he didn't have any money. All of this took place over the course of 8 months and my boat is still messed up. I try to be very flexible with contractors because things actually do come up, but my kindness toward Ermin didn't make a difference. BUYER BEWARE with this guy because he can cause damages to your property and will not fix it. I am writing this review to make sure others do not get caught in his web because I am now forced to take him to small claims court.
