And when I have wanted to use my "rewards" for purchases it takes a month or more. I had this happen to me two months ago and now I'm still in the process of trying to order a cup lol. The rewards are free money in a way and you earn them by working out over a certain period of time. You're only allowed to use them at your home location to purchase items. When you leave a message on their voicemail, they get back to you three weeks later, you can't message them on Instagram because they don't accept messages, etc. its a fight that I don't want to fight anymore.... I have two other choices. They're actually closer to my house that I think I will be joining and canceling my membership with this location.
