A friend suggested I check out her CrossFit gym. I've been around fitness my whole life, CrossFit was something I didn't think I'd be interested in but thought I'd give it a try. After day one I was hooked. The movements, environment, attention to proper form, the challenge and best of all the coaches and members. You can workout anywhere but when you find somewhere that has a sense of true friendships and encouragement for everyone to succeed, you know you found your home.
