Sales staff are knowledgeable and ask all the right questions to establish what you want. No high pressure or "you need this..." kind of approach. Service is spot on. Had difficulty shifting to the top cogs on the rear cassette and their mechanic Chris was very thorough. He checked the chain length, the cassette teeth and the shifter itself and the stop screws. It was a bent derailleur hanger. He had it fixed in under ten minutes. Strong recommend.

The template pieces were all laid out, but that was it. Co-founder Luke had me read and sign all the releases first, and asked about my experience with welding etc. Being a Veteran myself, Luke as well, and the non-profit supporting Veterans and First Responders, he also made sure to ask me if loud noises or anything would bother me. Every step was explained and demonstrated before I was able to do it, and as nervous as I was at first, it quickly went away knowing he took my safety, the safety of others as well as their shop very seriously. Co-founder Ben also provided some muscle when I was unable to bend the metal myself. In just over 2 hours I had sanded, measured, re-measured, bent , hammered and welded together a really cool one of a kind 5-sided barn star. It was definitely something different to do and it was a really cool and fun experience. 5 stars !

He is quick with email responses, but sometimes I felt that I did not get as much information on the products as I should have. I had to send him additional emails to get more basic information. Apparently, we customers can get a discount on the products if we pay by checks. That's a good thing. However, the dollar amount listed on order confirmations do not match the ones that I write on the checks. That's the one thing that really bugs me.... I did bring that to his attention, but he never really gave me an explanation. I guess it's a company policy? Why didn't he list the same amount that's written on the checks when he already got those checks? I don't get it....

Shysters and opportunist. I dropped off my KTM 250 because…read moreit wouldn't start. They said it was a ground wire under the fuel tank. Turns out it was just a spark plug. It's been a few years since I've ridden a 2 stroke so I forgot how fast spark plugs can foul out. So rather than offer to re-jet the carb and change the plug, they lied and took my money. Bike was brand new only had an hour or 2 on it. That pretty much sums up that business don't you think ?
