I was delivered my new to me vehicle with a steering wheel that had to be turned 2" to the left to drive straight. A significant coolant leak. And a differential that sounds to be failing (whines at speed). None of which was disclosed prior to purchase. They also promised to align the vehicle "if it needed it" - well it pulls to the left and the wheel isn't straight, I'd say it needed it. They replaced several suspension parts before releasing the vehicle to me. They promised they would align the vehicle after replacing the lower control arm. They did not align it and I have a hard time believing the coolant leak wasn't noticed while the mechanic was working on the front end as it's a consistent drip. The differential, I wasn't able to test drive the vehicle before buying as it was on the lift. But, any mechanic should have noticed that. Not very pleased. Great sales team, but I'd beware anything used. There was some minor cosmetic damage I was aware of. But not these major drivability and safety issues.

I drove approximately 2.5 hours and even took time off work because I was interested in trading in my current Trail Boss for this truck. When I arrived for my scheduled appointment, I was informed that the vehicle was not even on the lot because a manager was using it as a demo vehicle. It was extremely disappointing to make that drive only to find out the truck I had an appointment to see wasn't available. I want to specifically recognize my salesperson, Christian, who was professional, apologetic, and acknowledged how frustrating the situation was. This was clearly not his fault. My frustration is with the dealership's scheduling and members of management. If a customer has a confirmed appointment to see a specific vehicle, that vehicle should either be available or the customer should be notified before making the trip. Unfortunately, what should have been an exciting visit ended up being a significant waste of time, fuel, and a day off from work. I hope the dealership reviews its process so future customers don't have the same experience.

First, I couldn't finance the remaining balance of the purchase (about $2,700), then they told me I had to finance at least $5,000 - i said "ok". Then they changed their mind again and said I couldn't finance anything towards the nearly $10,000 purchase - cash only! And once you drive one of their cars off the lot - it's yours! The transmission could fall out in front of their dealership (after just handing them $10k cash) and they wouldn't give a damn! And yes, a car should have NEW TIRES. Serra sales cars with tires that are below the safety limit. The manager's name involved was Andy, and the salesman's name was George. AVOID THIS SHADY DEALERSHIP. The corruption that was "Doug Chevrolet" remains there to this day.

Was told we had to accept these terms because we "aren't local customer base". And waited on and off for 4 hours! The business must think people are not intelligent to protect themselves from the car sales hustle. I would not recommend this very shady business. I requested some pictures of the suspension since I saw some aftermarket modifications and without one complaint Nick had gotten me all the photos requested. Every dealer I had inquired here in Chicago had ridiculous dealer fees, lot fees, etc and the asking price was already more than a grand more than what Wadsworth motors was asking. This was honestly my first car purchase from a dealer that didn't leave me feeling like I was scammed. Absolutely no buyers remorse and the best part is I didn't even have to haggle. I paid their full asking price. I would highly recommend them to anyone who is in the market for a car in the area. My wife and I were even talking about wanting to make future purchases from them despite the distance!
