We visited Crossroads Cafe, in Parker, on our way from Havasu back to So. Cal. Our friend recommended it. Ehhh, if this is the best Parker has to offer, we'll be sure to fill our bellies before we leave Havasu next time. The restaurant was at the tail-end of the Sunday morning rush. It was tough getting seated, even though tables were open, because there are 2 doors and a bazillion employees who run all over each other. My husband ordered a club sandwich that was lacking much filling and was generic. The flavor was fine but there wasn't anything interesting about it. He also had a cup of chili and said it was either very good canned chili or so so homemade. I had a BLT that was also small, and I'm not a big eater, and generic. I did order a house salad to start with and that was good. Crisp and cold lettuce with homemade ranch...just what I like. The kiddos had a hamburger and chicken strips. Again, basic but adequate. The price was high for what we got but I suppose I have to factor inflation and all that jazz. Our server was quite nice and accommodating. My wife and I stopped here for lunch. Upon entering the restaurant there were lots of precautions to make you feel safe regarding COVID, but that all stopped at the door. There were numerous patrons wearing masks while not at their table, however, none of the staff were wearing them. I came with a party of 13 and we got seated right away which was great. Got our food fairly quickly, no complaints on the service. However, I found a baby roach in my waffle and when I told the sever she took it to the cooks and another lady came out and tried to convince me it wasn't a roach and offered to make me a new one. Very friendly, would recommend. We ordered Grilled Chicken Salad and Grilled Ham & Cheese. Their homemade ranch dressing was very good, chicken a little dry. The waitress (Cassidy) was sweet and attentive. The restaurant needs a thorough cleaning, the bathrooms need to be completely restored. If you have carpeting in a restaurant it should be cleaned on a regular basis, and that's why I gave this place 3 stars. read more

Anyhow, the hash browns and scrambled eggs were good, ham steak was inedible, the flavor of smoke or dirty grill taste was gross. Basic breakfast for 2 cost us almost 30 dollars. Lunch was turkey sandwiches for 2 with fries. Looked like a 5 year old made it...bland and plain. This meal cost us about $25 with two Cokes. If you're willing to spend your money on food that most of us could whip up better at home and for less money, it's your dime. McDonald's is your only other option in Parker for breakfast, so there's that. read more
