He called immediately and arrived ASAP (we were 45 miles away and he came in 45 min!). The tire was wrapped around the wheel (we didn't know it had blown due to the gusty winds) and the rim was ruined. He worked hard to get it all free before he could put on our spare. His years of experience proved itself as he had no problem towing my vehicle and enclosed trailer to his lot. He dropped me off at the Western Motel and picked me up the next morning. The chamber failed again in 2 days because the mechanic installed the washers on the wrong side of the flange. I sent Chris pictures by email and called twice. There was no response to email and his phone goes directly to voicemail. I am not asking for a refund.
