He replied that he will need to talk to his manager and he'll get back with me. Today is May 30 and I still haven't received a response. Needless to say they aren't earning my business nor will they ever have the opportunity to earn my business. The other 2 vendors responded quickly to all my questions. Vance, who I am told is a service manger with Beis, was immediately defensive and dismissive when 1) Learning his technician said the hot water expansion tank was out of code before learning Beis themselves installed it and me providing him this feedback and 2) Getting feedback that a $165 service charge is a lot for a technician to spend 25 minutes at my home to tell me my T&P valve was set off (which I informed them was the reason I called to begin with). I would not at all recommend using Beis for any service issues whatsoever as you're going to be met with a dismissal of any concerns or feedback immediately.
